Season 13 : S.P.D. (Space Patrol Delta) 2025

In 2001, Kat was working with Billy, Hayley and other scientists on a new type of morphing device. Several experiences went wrong and exposed them to hazardous radiations. All the humans scientists would not witness any changes on themselves, but Kat started to mutate around 2010. By 2015 her condition was stable and she was still working for what was known in the past as the Lightspeed Rescue Project, and what would became Earth's branch of the Space Patrol Delta. There, she noticed a particular morpher, designed by someone who was new to all of this. The morpher contained the information of the White Phantom. The mysterious individual who helped her and her friends against Divatox when they where the Turbo Rangers. Nobody was able to activate the morpher. One night she secretly tried it and it worked. Kat wasn't aware of that, but the morpher was programmed with a time travel software. When she morphed she was sent back in time to 1997 and she became the White Phantom

When the Time Force Ranger discovered her actions, they decided to take her back to 2015 where she belonged. She explained to Billy and Tommy what happened and they all decided to keep the information for themselves. They all continued to work for S.P.D. Tommy became an instructor while Billy and Kat worked together in the Lab.

By 2025, Kimmy (Billy and Trini's youngest daughter) was the leader of S.P.D. Beta Squad. Billy's biological mutation was passed down to his children and Kimmy had the power of Psychometry (She is able to read an object's or a person's past by a simple physical contact). With the other members of her team she is defending the Earth against Grumm and his Troobian Empire.

Rank inside S.P.D. Is quite simple, once you become a member of a Beta Squad rank you are given a number. The lowest available. The number increases with your rank. Once you are 5 or more you can become a Squad leader and try the E.L.I.T.E training.

Earth's S.P.D. consist of six regular members, sometimes helped by their Commander, Doggie Kruger and his Vega Master rank.
The Six regular members of Beta Squad are :
01 – Elizabeth « Z » Delgado
02 – Jack Landors (Along with Z the latest recruit, both former thieves)
03 – Sydney « Syd » Drew
04 – Bridge Carson
05 – Kimmy Cranston (Current Leader, youngest member of the team)
06 – Schuyler « Sky » Tate (former leader and E.L.I.T.E. Member)
They are all able to use the S.W.A.T equipment.

The E.L.I.T.E Training consist of hard work and studies. When you are an E.L.I.T.E. You can use the Throttle Changer which contains a licence, powerful elemental attack systems and a judging mode. E.L.I.T.E. stands for Enhanced Logistics for Insight and Tactical Excellence.

Our story start shortly after Sky Tate departed for his E.L.I.T.E Training on an other planet. The remaining members of the team is investigating on stolen goods when they discover two mutants like them, Jack and Z. A pursuit engages and crybots attack. The S.P.D. And the thieves make an alliance to defeat them. In the end the crybots are defeated and Jack and Z are taken to custody, however Kimmy put in some good words in their favor and offers them a job in her team against her Commander Krugger's decision. They accept and Kimmy then goes to see Kat and ask her help to convince Doggie to enlist them as cadet of the Beta Squad. She explained they are like her, they have powers so they belong in the team. Kimmy being only 17 is already a good judge of character and Kat agree to convince Doggie.

When Kat is captured by General Benaag, Doggie Krugger decide to use his Vega Morpher and to go save her. Only them knows why Kat was the target, why she was the only person able to get him to go out in the open and why Benaag said Kurgger could change his face and name, he would always be after him until he got his revenge. From this time forward, Doggie helped the team from time to time.

When Mora (Grumm's monster maker) is transformed back into her adult form Morgana by Grumm she creates two powerful monster to help her, Shorty and Devastation. The three furies are unstoppable and only Sky with his new gear, zord and abilities was able to destroy them.

After Sky accidentally releases Slate from his prison, he is ripped of his E.L.I.T.E. Powers. It is only by defeating him and uniting the team when they train for the S.W.A.T. Equipment that he is able to get his E.L.I.T.E. Powers one again.

During the final battle against Grumm truth was shed on Doggie's fate, he was not Doggie, he was Tommy Oliver, Kat's husband transformed into a Sirian by Grumm five years ago. Grumm was also the one responsible for the explosions who changed Kat's life making her a mutant unable to pass for a human 24 years ago. Kat with her brand new Swan Morpher and Tommy teamed up to defeat Grumm. They were victorious and Tommy's humanity was restored. Unfortunately for Kat the damage was done long ago and not directly by Grumm, she would have to spend the rest of her long life like that.
