I hope this comes in handy for me in the near future. Making models is one thing, but by God rigging them is a whole different story. At least the method of rigging (or weighing?) one half and pasting(?) the other side of the model is presented here, and it should help a little.
Thanks for uploading this.

And... can you tell me how to mirror bones?
I mean for example I rigged 1 ear
and I want to rig the other ear the same way, so there's a part of your tutorial that tells me how to weight the other half
but how do I mirror the bone so the other half is connected to the other bone?
Sorry for sounding confusing xD

if you want to mirror the bones, just copy the bone you wish to mirror but change the x co-ordinate to a minus if it wasnt originally or f it was a minus, just take it off.
did that make sense? XD

No, but I figured out xD
Now I just need to know how to make both of the bones to work with the "Copy, reverse" feature in MMD...

It seems like they don't, for example I was rigging animal ears from 3DCG, so I rigged 1 ear and then mirrored the bones and after that mirrored the weight, but when I use the copy+reverse, it just reverses the same ear to the other side (for example I moved one ear to the left, so when I reverse it should move the other one to the right, but instead it moves the same ear to the right).

I've got a question.
I'm making a MMD model, but when I open her on MMD, she looks fine, but when I move her head, parts of her fringe glitch a little.
Can you help me?
