I expected the Tundra Harmsters to enslave the other harmster species, create hybrid offspring with them to improve their own genes, conduct unethical experiments on them and vivisect some of them, but to domesticate them, by turning them into non-sapinet species via selective breeding?

Well... i did not see that coming at all. I was extremely horrified, suprised and impressed. It was horribly awesome in a way because this idea is very inventive.

So i made fanart of them. Here you see a Burden Bute (basically a beast of Burden) pulling a cart with a cage containing a War Brute (a mindlessly ferocious creature ideally suited for war and pit fights and nothing else).

Also the Harmster steering the cart and the Harmster with the Hound Brute (basically a dog) in the foreground are stylized, they have combined traits from Tundra, Savannah and Matriarch Harmsters, because that looks cool together. (White eyebrows, stripes and the mane)

The Brutes can be called Postharmsters, analogous to Posthumans.

In the background some ratbats are flying by, which is less horrifying than the concept of the brutes.
