Description
My first finished piece for quite a while It's part of an emerging project which I'm still developing, about a parrallel world which diverges over the first half of the 19th century.
The Earth of the Gateways timeline is more advanced than our own, with widely developed colonies across the solar system by the dawn of the new millenium. This advancement is down to the development of the Gateway system itself; akin to the Stargates, Gateways have been built across Earth and on numerous other worlds in the solar system, allowing industry, commerce, and colonisation to flourish.

Not all the boundries and situation of this world are tied down just yet, but feel free to ask questions, as always, and I'll try to answer and build the world to the best of my abilities
