Omg, the filter affect on the last panel is nothing short of genius! I just tested it out on one of my older drawings, and it gives it such a awesome, dreamy affect! I will be applying this affect on many future pieces, Thank you so much for these tutorials!!

You're welcome! Yeah it's a very simple yet effective trick!
You can also try setting the blured layer as Soft Light, Darker Color, Overlay or other blending modes, it can give very interesting effects ^w^

Soy nuevo usando SAI y todavia no entiendo por que para pintar se usan dos colores, uno primario y otro secundario. Me podes decir que finalidad tiene y para que sirve? Muchas gracias!

I have another question, how come when I draw an increase the size the pic gets very pixelated? Is it because of the canvas size? Or is it of the pen?
Sorry for all the questions, and thanks.

I don't know if I've understood you.
You mean you first draw something and then increase the size of the image, right?
You shouldn't do that, it is normal that your lines got pixelated; that's what happens whenever you try to make bigger an already finished picture.
Instead, you should draw on big canvas and (only if you want) make them smaller later. That's what I do to make my linearts look cleaner.

1. When I scale down something using Sai, there's nothing to preserve the ratio of the picture so sometimes I have really hard time trying to resize something with Sai without getting the ratio (width/height) wrong. When you say you draw your lineart in a big canvas and then make it smaller, do you get it smaller with Sai?
2. If so, how do you preserve the ratio? Do you do that using the "Change Resolution" under "Canvas"?
3. Using "Change Resolution" under "Canvas" or "Scale" in the selection section to get something bigger or smaller, I get a picture that looks pixelated. In short, I can't ever change the size of my canvas/picture after the lineart because it gets pixelated even if I'm going to get the lineart smaller and not bigger, in both ways I get the same crappy result. It could be awesome if you know what I might do wrong
I love your tutorials, I've found you just yesterday but studying your style is being really helpful

There is a way to preserve the exact width and height when you use the Transform/Scale option, simply hold the Shift on your keyboard while you're transforming it.
Also what I do to make the whole image smaller is go to Canvas ---> Change Resolution. (I usually start sketching on a 4000x4000 px canvas, but after I start coloring I resize it to half because there's no need to have that much pixels when you color). Also make sure the Constrain Proportions option is enabled on that window.
Note "Change resolution" will change the size of the image but not the size of your canvas.
If for example, let's say you're working on your illustration and then you ran out of space for the hair, clothes or any other thing. In this case you should go to Canvas ---> Change Size, because this will change the size of your canvas/workspace to make it widhter for example.
I hope that makes sense.
