Sorry for the really long delay replying, work and personal circumstances left me with no FireAlpaca time for a couple of months.
If you use e.g. black line art only on a transparent background, exported to a PNG image with transparency, some image viewers and some combinations of web browsers/pages will show the transparent areas as black also.
Solution: change your background to non-transparent before exporting your PNG preview. Alternatively, create a new layer under your line art and bucket fill it with a background colour.

How do you post Firealpaca animations/gifs on Deviantart? I'm fairly new to all this so sorry if it's a bit a of simple question, I just know when you convert an animation/gif to png, it only comes out as one frame. Please help!

You need to upload both your animated GIF and a separate preview image which will be used for galleries, etc (which can be either a static PNG or a tiny animated GIF, 150x150 pixels or smaller).
