So, if you bash this deviation, you're bashing the troops.

You Made Them Strong. We'll Make Them ARMY STRONG.
What a crock of shit.
PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING REPLY I MADE, PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR OWN RESPONSE:
Dear Mr. ~1UFC-GeorgeStPierre ,
Thank you ever so much for your thoughtless and entertaining reply of "Janka PV2
United States Army Infantry
Dear TWarrior and all of you that decided to post against the military. The sad fact that 99% of u decided to not join the military, not just here but in the nation, 99 fucking percent decided not to..
U choose to fucking bitch about the men and women even some 18 year old boys made into men, that are fighting the bullets to let u even live here.
All of u are a shame to America and all the morals and values we stand for. Even if some recruiters have tricks and gimmicks, the army is a whole and functions as one no matter the asshole who gets us here.
We all train, we all end up with a gun, we all end up serving. I'm not sure what brought ur hate against our own army, but ur insulting the wrong brand of people pal. Ur the shit and bodies we drive over with humvees and put lead into. Ur the guy who doesn't deserve to live here.
Chances are u wanted to serve, but they turned u down after they found out u were gay.
Dear JWeeksUSArmy, ur not alone in the world of Patriots pal. I am requesting to fight in Afghanistan after AIT."
Thanks for taking the whole thing out of context. It is much appreciated. Trolls like you do serve a practical purpose, as your back peddling is quite amusing.
Thankfully, you're not the only hate monger to have made such assumptions and spewed such rederic, so -- I have other idiots to quote as well as my replies to them. All nice and pre-fab. Cool, eh?
I will start with !INVADER-ZYLA1 who so ignorantly stated in his reply "The army has been saving our sorry asses for years. You, my friend, are a crock of shit."
He got his ass handed to him when I responded with "Please tell these iraq war vets [link] that they are a crock of shit, too. seeing as they share my opinion. lets not forget the viet nam vets such as my dad and many more who agree with me. not to mention the over 150,000 vets currently HOMELESS and our government refuses to help them out. please tell all of these people how full of shit they are too. i'd love to see you do that
Of course, he got off the hook far easier than ~JWeeksUSARMY when he claimed "The Army isn't as much a crock of shit as you might think. I'm not going to get into a debate, but I will say this. Less than 1% of the people in the United States join any sort of armed forces that it watched over by the department of defense. You must be sick in the head if you don't think im god damned proud to serve." to which I responded "I am anti-iraq war. Not anti-soldiers. Right now, our government is wasting lives (among other things) in the persuit of profit.
My father agrees with me and he served his tour of duty in Viet Nam. He'd think you're sick in the head for daring to call me sick in the hear for being against a pointless war.
Also -- while you are at it -- check out these other soldiers: [link]
Make sure you let these guys know that they are sick in the head too. We obviously all need professional help for not being blood thirsty.
Defense I've got nothing wrong with. Soldiers I've got nothing wrong with. Wasteful loss of life -- this I have a problem with.
So go shoot some rounds into the air or something. It's better than acting as if anyone who disagrees with you is somehow sick / unpatriotic.
My father is both saddened and ashamed when he sees people like you talk this sort of dung.
I'll quote him directly -- "I risked my life for my country and my country betrayed us all!"
There are over 150,000 HOMELESS VIET NAM VETS RIGHT NOW. Go preach your bullshit to them and see what they think of it. Who is helping them? Those of the less than 1% who served. Those who bleed for this country -- and now they are homeless and abandoned by the very country they risked their life for.
Peach your pseudo-patriotic rhetoric elsewhere. You're nuts.
By the way -- how were you so sure that I never served? I didn't, but you're not a mind reader. You sure as hell didn't know my Dad served in Viet Nam. You also didn't know that my grand father served in World War 2.
So save your hate for someone who gives a fuck."
You of course, have earned a special seat of honor. As you've pretty much been the glue which has bound all of this together. Next hateful inbred redneck, trigger happy for a fight online because they'd shoot themselves in the foot with a real gun -- gets to simply get a paste of all of this, which I may even include in the artist details.
Now, lets get down to brass tax, shall we?
- it doesn't mater to you that my father served in viet nam and went through a hell you could never imagine. the fact that he agrees with me, make him your enemy.
- the veterans against the iraq war link i've given you. well, those vets -- in your mind -- are obviously a bunch of treacherous pussies. doesn't mater that they are your brothers and sisters in arms -- they have offended your ego and tiny penis, so -- they must pay with their own blood.
- there are over 150,000 vets homeless right now. seeing as you are a good little mindless sheep who believes everything the government tells him and you do as your told like a good little robot -- i am sure you do not see these homeless and disabled vets as being betrayed by our government. some how, some way -- obviously they got what they deserved. at least, in your mind they did.
- you just joined DA today and with nothing in your gallery, no favs, no nada -- your priority goal here is obviously to cause problems for people, not to contribute to the deviantART community. you will find your stay to be short and unpleasant. most people will ignore you. the rest (fellow trolls such as yourself) who have more balls than you do -- will make you regret having made an account here. then of course, theres the people like me. happy to laugh at you with gleeful enjoyment and take pleasure from your pain
What it all boils down to is: since daddy anally violated you as a child, you never ever get your way, you have pent up insecurities, a small penis and your testicles no longer function as they should -- the sudden realization that you are a waste of space on this earth, has you seeking redemption by blindly wanting to go off and fight a war you don't understand and with luck -- get yourself killed.
Well sir, I salute you! Go off now, good solider! Fight the good fight! Die the good death! The gene pool thanks you in advance, you inbred piece of dung!
This has been a public service message!

Clearly you didn't read a thing I said. If you had, you'd know both my father and grand father served (viet nam and wwii) and that my father agrees with me. my grand father would too, if not for the fact that he's dead.
I am against wasting lives with the pursuit of rich assholes getting richer. I am not against defending onces country or ones beliefs.
Whoever can be so subjective as to twist the words of others into something which was never said, should read the bottom of my signature
Plus, this poster was made in humor - primarily.
If all you are here to do is complain and fight -- you should go back into the military. deviantART is too peaceful of a place to provide you with any enjoyment.

I'm not anti-war. Anti-soldiers. Or anti-anything. I am simply Pro-Saving Lives. Apology accepted. Negativity is only the problem of the person feeling it. If your default is to react with blind hostility to something your ego perceives to be an offense, then this isn't anyone else's problem but yours.
In the future, I'd advise reading the artist details of a devination. Checking the other comments and what the artist has already said. Looking at the artists gallery to obtain their general mindset. Reading their journals (if they have any -- and i have plenty) to get a better idea of their personality -- and if they seem to be an open minded or closed minded person.
"My name is Jenn. I am a Senior at Princeton High School.I am 17 and will be 18 on December 19th. I have a boyfriend who is a soldier in the Illinois National Guard. He can be a major a-hole and a jerk but he makes up for it cuz hes usually sweet and kind and knows how to make me laugh."
No wonder you're on the defense.
I'm sorry, but a jerk who knows how to make you laugh and sometimes acts nice, is still a jerk. To love him, shows you are a good person who is trying not to judge and who is trying to ... well -- be a good person. But your love can not change him. People only change when and if they want to change.
If you were asked "is there anything another person could do or say to change who you are" you would likely say "no, there isn't. i make my own choices. i think for myself". This holds true for every human being.
No one should take abuse (physical, psychological or any form of abuse) -- especially from someone they love and who claims to love them back. Love is actions, not words. Your description of his actions do not sound loving. They sound like you're describing an insecure guy with major control issues.
Am I suggesting what you should or should not do? No, I'm not. I'm not qualified to tell you what to do, or how to run your life. Only you are qualified and only you can decide your life for yourself.
What I am doing however -- is giving you something to think about. You don't owe me any reply or explanation. Theres nothing you have to prove to me. The only person you should be in competition with -- is yourself. No one else's words mater. Only what you feel matters. Because only you live your life.
The type of person you are, is the type of people and things you will attract. So -- if your thoughts are always negative and angry -- you will largely attract negative and angry people.
I don't know you. I don't claim to. I'm just giving you some food for thought. You might also wanna check out this journal entry i wrote: [link]
Somehow I get the feeling you might find it to be useful. It's titled "Thoughts & Emotions".
If you are sorry for over reacting, then you won't over react to any of this, either. I'm not judging you. I am just giving you the benefit of the doubt that your mind is open -- because I am assuming for the moment that you are being sincere. Don't prove me wrong.

you're quite welcome its amazing just how little of a shift in emotional awareness it actually takes to effect a persons day -- and even -- the rest of a persons life. so, build some good things for yourself on this foundation. today is the first day of the rest of your life. so, correct problems but don't focus on them. be thankful for what you've got and focus on what you want and be quite sure that you want it. and don't let any self esteem issues interfere with your goals.
everyone is a good person, until they teach themselves not to be. its just a bad choice and its not even set in stone. people can make a different choice. good people have bad days. bad people have good days. so ... makes you wonder if there is really any such thing as good or bad?
well, there isn't any such thing -- at least not according to our mundane subjective definitions, anyways. good is when we choose to make things better. bad is when we choose to make things worse.
so, good and bad isn't about people, its about the choices people make

Well, I don't agree, but hey, Freedom of Speech.
I agree with your pro-soldier thoughts (my Grandpa saw the Marine Flag raising on Iwo Jima)
As for the war.... there are nicer ways to put it but whatever, I'm pro-war for the right reasons (Freedom) and I believe your anti-war for the right reasons too.
All in all, funny-ish... made me think. Good luck with all the hate mail you're going to keep on getting from everyone who thinks you're trashing soldiers.

I see it less on the lines of pro-conflict versus anti-conflict and more along the lines of consequences for actions. When you've got a bunch of greedy political fools wanting to make money at the loss of life -- its our own fault if we let it happen. By our own -- yes -- this includes me and everyone else who sees themselves under the category of "we the people".
They are the few and we are the many. I'm sure if someone walked up to a football team and started making idiotic demands of them -- in the best case, the team would laugh. In the worst case, they'd beat the crap out of the dude for having the audacity for acting like such a twit.
In any case -- we are the football team, but we've convinced ourselves that the outrageous fools are our couches, so we must blindly obey them and trust them.
No luck needed with the hate mail. I am good at quickly diffusing things. So far so good, in fact There have even been a couple instances where people have apologized for misinterpreting what I said -- following that with admitting they should have taken a gander at my profile, gallery and journals before making any baseless assumptions about me
This devination is up here more for humor than protest. I know I'm not going to change anyones mind about this topic, so I'm not trying to. I am simply making light of it.
Laughter is the best medicine, anyways

Not going to express my thoughts on the anti-army slogan. Nor have I checked if you have any anti-Marines, anti-Navy, or anti-Chair..I mean Air Force. However everyone, is entitled to their opinion, which is respectable.
Since 9-11 we've never had the need for a draft.
So the slogan can be dropped for that purpose. And with current ecnomic troubles, the slogan can be dropped as well. It's widely known that as of now, any branch of service is garanteed a steady paying salary, without fear of being laid-off.
One thing about the Army, its not all about the Hooah, Hooah, fighting action. There are jobs where soldiers don't even have to see combat.
Its considered 'One team, One fight' and the majority of the soldiers who express hate toward the army, well from my perception and viewing, all of them seem to have been in the combat arms. They are told the risks of the job, and trained heavily to avoid getting themselves hurt or killed.
However, it can't be avoided really. No offense to the 150,000+ vietnam vets who but im 100% sure those vets went infantry/Field Artillery/anything front lines with only one thought 'Kill the gooks' (And im sure there are some who didnt.), tbh anyone who joins the military for that reason, even nowadays, 'Kill the Towelheads/Terrorists' Deserve it.
Serving is truly one way of expressing patriotism, but i believe, whoever joins, should personally think it out and pick a job they believe will help them when their term is up.
And to be completely honest, I prefer the Army Strong campaign over the Army of One.

paradigm-shifting In reply to OperationMixedKorean [2009-08-15 07:23:11 +0000 UTC]
I'm sure that most who go in now are going in thinking "i hope i get the chance to smoke a camel!" or "i wanna bag me a towel head!" .... sure, not everyone going into the military is thinking that -- just like back in my Dad's day -- not everyone going into Viet Nam was thinking "kill the gooks" and in my grandpa's day -- not everyone was thinking "kill the japs" or "kill the crouts". Surely, we don't need a war for some people to be prejudice and have a flair for violence. We see it all the time right at home without needing a war.
I am not anti-soldiers or anti-choice I am simply anti-needless death. So I guess you could say I am "pro-staying-alive" and "pro-ductivity" and "pro-peace" and "pro-lots-of-other-things".
If someone honest to God goes in hoping they don't get sent to iraq and just wants uncle sam to pay for college -- or maybe they feel they have an attitude problem and some discipline could help them -- then sure. The military could very well assist with both of those things.
I am simply saying that the military is not by far the only way to accomplish both of those things. Most people go into the Military because they've been playing too much quake or half life or something. I hate to say it, but its true. Thats the current mind set. A lot of gang bangers also join the military -- not only to get a foot hold in a government position -- but so they can have a "legal license to kill" (which again goes back to treating life and death as if it were a game).
I'd say the bulk of these people -- just like back in my Dad's day -- skip the school option. They know they are getting paid to serve. They have an addiction to death. So, they sign 2 to 4 years of their life into it.
This also helps various corporations get rich in the process. It costs a lot of money for all those guns, bombs and war machines.
If most who joined the military were of the "i want to serve, i want an education" sort -- you'd abolish war by default -- especially if everyone in every country in the world felt that way.
I am just not in agreement with the "war is a video game" mentality that too many people have. In fact, their latest commercial treats war as exactly that. They show all of these "cool effects" from the war machines and then they say "this is not science fiction". Seen that one yet?

OperationMixedKorean In reply to paradigm-shifting [2009-08-15 18:49:55 +0000 UTC]
This could go deeper than I intended, but no matter what, I amm in no way bashing you or disaggreeing with you completely, many points you have are true and valid.
Despite what people may think, the military is pro-pointless death as well (The commercials can be read and pro and con, tbh, its all about perception from there). Being in the army myself, part of our training is not to make pointless or stupid mistakes that could get yourself or everyone around you. However, in today's times, war has changed completely, we have rules of engangement that tie one hand behind our back. The 'enemy' we fight have none.
So scrap the Geneva Convention and remove the politics from wars, and voila, we can do our job more efficiently.
Anyone who treats life like its a game, should be slapped on the forehead with a Darwin Award. If they think that then they deserve something unfortunate, since they fail to indentify reality from non-reality.
However, many of the soldiers i work with, have joined because they want to make a difference, or because the sense of militarism has run through their family. So I think those FPS playing r-tards are a minority in the Armed Forces, but that just from my experience. If it is true that video games motivate people to become soldiers then maybe some of that disapproval/dislike should be pointed toward the companies that emulate the act of warfare.
With today's equipment being computerized, and though it may seem like its gone 'Video Game' Like. Its proven to be more efficient, I.E. the unmanned drones. Being able to scout and attack enemy territory without putting a human pilot at risk of death.
With all the cool effects and the flashy way it gets the job done, military technology, and warfare is evolving faster than we can keep up. Partially due to several civilian-world expirements and studies, Rail Guns are now reality and set to be put to use by the navy within the next 10 years.
I also think that those people who play video games, im fairly sure thats all the majority will do, just play the games and believe that war is really a game. I say this in an elitist and maybe stereotypical way, most gamers either can't phsyically pass or mentally pass Basic Combat Training (Boot Camp as some say).

People like he / she / it see life in a "kill em all, let god sort em' out" sort of way. I think there is an inverted version which would apply to people like this: "let em' all get killed, so god can sort em' out"
Scientists say that the whole 2012 Climax thing is about all of the natural disasters we've had and that they are just gonna keep increasing to levels never before seen -- resulting in a reboot of civilization and a death toll in the billions.
As much as I hate to think this is probably going to happen -- its twits that reply with such hostility to devinations like this, that make me think that perhaps nature does need to cull the herd.
The gene pool has suffered too much brain washing from so-called authority figures that they can't tell the difference between Quake 3 and Real Life -- or they think that Dell is *really* giving them a "free hard drive" or that a government would NEVER do anything to hurt its people.
Maybe its time for an environment where the most intelligent, most fed up with the system, the most positive minded, most giving, most caring and most adaptable can survive. The toilet needs to be flushed.
Perhaps for greed and war and corruption to end -- mother nature needs to speak up.

Not quite. The more people like you and I whom have conversations such as this one -- that loop comes closer to an end. Inevitably -- if the only people who are left to pick up the pieces in the aftermath are only those who have learned from the mistake -- the loop ends there.
We will see an end to this loop in our lifetime. Specially thanks to the Internet, actually. Its why governments and corporations fear it so much. The Internet is an unfiltered means of anyone in the world exchanging data with anyone else in the world. People now have the power that not too long ago, was only reserved for the corporations.
Now a person in my part of the world, can have conversations like this with someone in your part of the world. As we have them with the people in our parts of the world as well -- those people then in turn have them with other people in yet other parts of the world.
Its the 10 friends tell 10 friends who tell 10 friends, etc... idea. The corporations can no longer silence us through filtered media. Even in countries run under a dictatorship and marshall law -- people can hop onto the Internet for the truth. They can talk to their fellow humans, instead of just taking the word of some tv commercial or newspaper ad.
Now if this was 20 years ago, I'd have said that an individual changing the world quickly on a massive scale, was a pipe dream. But with the internet -- where information can go from anywhere to anywhere in an instant -- this is where dreams become reality.

The more shit happens and the more painful it gets, the more you know we are winning. Because those in power are in a desperate and futile grab to keep it. So yeah: you'll be seeing more terrorism. More war. More bullshit laws. More... lots of things.
This is in direct response to more and more people opening their minds to the fact that most of what they have been taught -- is crap. The human race is in the process of obtaining its sovereignty. There is a high price for doing that.
So don't let any of it get ya down too much. Focus on the good things and thats what you'll bring about. We need the good things to make those in power, lose more of their power -- and lose it faster.
Mother Theresa once said: "i will never attend an anti-war protest, but if you ever have a pro-peace rally -- invite me".

You might be able to help me then. I'm a part of an internet radio network and theres some audio stuff that it would be cool if someone drew cartoons for it an animated them. Thankfully -- even an amateur with flash should be able to do this easily -- because cartoon mouth movements are never accurate to human speaking -- and thus -- also do not require a very high frame rate.
I am looking for something similar to the animation of Ill Will Press and Foamy the Squirrel. If you watch those -- you can see that the goal is comedy, not accuracy. It looks "real enough". Its not perfect. It doesn't have to be
You might also like some of my journals -- and -- the last two devinations i've done

Exactly. But if you're bitching about it, then you're missing the whole point. Humor is a way of facing fear, because you have a choice. Either you will be in control of your fear (thats called bravery, by the way) or your fear will make you its bitch. If you're in control of your fear, you are in control of yourself -- and can take actions to make this world a better place. Most of those actions need only require the most important weapon that you were born with -- your mind.
An ignorant person is easy to control, where as an informed person is impossible to control. The more people who become informed and aware, the world gets better. But at first, it also gets more chaotic -- like a warm front and a cold front colliding as opposing forces, bringing rains, high winds, thunder and lightning. But when the storm is over, the sun does come back out. One must simply be patient.
Being a patriot does not mean joining the military and blindly fighting a war you don't understand just because people who claim to be your superiors tell you to. To truly be a patriot -- means that you do whatever must be done -- for yourself, your friends, your family, your country and even more importantly -- your planet.
If you treat real life like a game of Half Life, you're probably going to get yourself killed. If your in it for the thrill of the hunt -- you're in it for the wrong reasons.
Now pointless war or not -- some people join the military because they have accepted that they have an attitude problem and they see it as the only means to straighten themselves out, so that with a clearer and more disciplined mind -- they can goto college (paid for in full by Uncle Sam), get a good job and make loads of cash. Reasons like this, are logical and productive.
If you join the military for the wrong reasons -- then you're nothing more than a gang banger wanna be, too much of a pussy to fire a weapon under threat of going to jail -- and feel that the military is your "legal license to kill" so that you can have that adrenaline rush, feel the fleeing ecstasy that this false sense of empowerment gives you, pretend you're in control of yourself so that you don't feel like such a loser and in short -- people who join for the wrong reasons have no respect for life, their country or their planet -- and simply want to play a "real video game".
So if you join the military, make sure its for the right reasons, and not egotistical ones. I measure you by the size of your integrity, not by the size of your ego or your fire arm.
Destiny comes to those who LISTEN and fate finds the rest! So LEARN what you can learn, do what you can do and never give up hope.

I'm joining the military because its offering me the opportunity to attend schools I could never afford on my own, I'm joining because I want to serve my country wherever I may be needed, I'm joining because I choose to.
I think we got off on the wrong foot.
I took the work as a bit insulting, most of my family has served in our less than reputable wars; Vietnam, Both Gulf Wars.
"Real Video Game." Nice one there, its scary how many of my friends compare it to that.

My grandfather was in WWII and my father in Viet Nam. Says so more than once in the artist details of the devination My grand father would agree with me on this if he was still alive. My father totally agrees with me on my stand points.
Art requires an open mind and the ability to stop for a second, respect the points of views of others (and their rights to express themselves), agree to disagree (as opposed to getting cocky), appreciate the beauty in life and be able to laugh at what isn't so beautiful or nice.
Those who are unable to do that, will have a horrible time here on deviantART. Theres lots more people such as myself on here. I'd advise to have as much control of your mental trigger as you have of your gun -- look before you leap and ask questions, don't shoot first.
Even so much as "what do you think gives you the right to say all of this?!" is still a question.

wow Twarrior, i must say that since i was "obviously" directing that at you, it's not smart to put up a picture when someone who wants a picture/art of the army to respect, doesn't indeed search for hateful messages.
now u listen here, i'm a korean adopte. i have no blood here i had no reason to protect a country i wasn't born too, i have many other things goin for me.
Both of my grandfathers served the good fights in the Korean war, and Vietnam, one of which went crazy and deserted his family, so don't go all guns blazing about family ties. I would love to sit down and talk war with ur father or anyone else. It's a simple debate,
i sincerely apologize for my rude and obliviously hate full message. I just have been recently feeling the real burst of what it means to be a member of the armed forces.. and greater, defending america.
Little do u know about me, is that i'm not a violent person, i'm not a rage machine, but i do like to vent on things that don't have any assciation to me directly.
So u received the blunt of that. YOU might not be arrogant or ignorant, but i see all of the followers to u that wanna put there "positive 2 cents on ur peice of art" and they have it all wrong.
It made me think at first u were making a clan of haters and opposition for my goals in life.
I dreadfully hope this message reaches u before u make any more mental accusations about me.
Peace
Tjanka

Excellent. You've learned yet another important lesson in life. You've learned that there is no difference between the Internet and Real Life, as both are parts of life. As you well know, spammer bots and automated scripts aren't the only things running around in Cyberspace -- real flesh and blood people are as well.
I did something before responding to you, that you did not do prior to responding to me. I examined your profile. I took the whole "he might be having a bad day" concept into consideration -- and figured that checking your profile might reveal a bit about your true self. There was nothing there. Had you done the same (ie: asking questions prior to shooting first, by this I mean -- taking a good hard look at my main profile) you would have seen the disclaimers I have up as per my sense of humor and how mine might not necessarily be compatible with those of others -- and that one must agree to disagree if the peace is to be kept. You'd notice my journals and how most of them, are dealing with wisdom (aka: things i have learned from mistakes I have made, the desire to share and obtain knowledge, etc), light hearted humor and when I do have something to actually complain about in a journal entry, I do endeavor to keep and open mind and bitch using the facts, not assumptions and subjective thinking.
Before you respond to this, I would like you to read two of my journals. Just two:
Which Level Are You At? [link]
The Evolution Of Civilization [link]
After reading those, you might know me just a little bit better.
Apology accepted.

I must say that through the days prior to checking my messages i was a little down and acutally worried about the emotions and conversations i would be having with Mr. Twarrior.
I now relize that living in a small farming community in rural northern iowa has it's perks but also sheilds all we know from he rest of the world.
People turn gay, and in my town it's a plague that people fear to "catch"
Minorities are few, racism is widly joked about and spread around.
Corn corn corn and more it is hard to be here as a dentist son rather then a lift kitted truck driver.
But i must say that every day u learn a lesson, Self improvment is one that never dies.
You have a very emotional and mental deepness that most people lack in the world today.
You seem like a person that doesn't go and chase pussy, gets shit faced, and disregards anyone who is civil and just. and i must say i respect that notion to uphold a just society.
"The problem of course is, we screw ourselves out of lots of opportunities because when we are zoomed in, everything else around us is blurred and out of focus." - This statment is to true for everyone who hasn't read it, including yours truly,Sometimes we learn from people like urself to get a bigger lense
"you finally make peace with your realizations" - I didn't get the whole section pasted but i did understand your section and lesson, once u relize what is real and what is not u can choose for yourself (subconciously it's like a relationship, whats real what is fake for the moment, the tools of a deceptive master will be revealed to the knowing subject)
"This is a stage of awareness where you leave things like low self esteem, judgment, prejudice, assumption and all of the other fear based things at the door. You're more open to accepting those whom are close to you and who really care, as opposed to focusing so much on their flaws. You are open to human kindness from those people." - Once again a personal lesson, to be accepted you must first accept. My lesson learned on deviant was a brutal and violent pwning, but now has become a good one with daylight ahead. Biasing things on what you think you know, will only result in you being judged yourself.
"To realize that all things have purpose in this way, that to help your neighbor is also the same as to help yourself (so to fuck your neighbor is also the same as to fuck over yourself as well) -- to be able to bend your mind away from addiction to the mundane and venture into the abstract" - This lesson i liked because of the showmenship that your neighbor will be your best defense against the world, i like the "neighbor" part because it relates to the christian ten commandments as referring to your friends and surroundings as "neighbors"
Second, The Evolution of Civilzation.
Funny thing that our past may link to be our future, to turn back the pages of an old history book, or a folklores tales, to find the key to what makes us fail and succeed in the world of the past, the present, and what lies ahead.
Everyday a scientist wakes up, Barrak makes difficult choices, Millions and millions of people start up there cars, and China booms higher and higher.. i wouldn't have room to tell the headline worries of a politician.
But what i can tell u is what u already know, that scientist is trying to cure the worlds disease, Barrak is trying to help the country and bring peace to the world. Those cars pollute the world for our children and our health, And China if runs unchecked by our "Governmental powers" will rule the world.. blah blah
But what your trying to put out to all those who read and beleive is that the power lies in "YOU"
Through out history the only decisions that freed a nation, killed a dictator, ended slavery, were from groups of free people, people yearning freedom, or people itching for a cause.
"Peace is achieved once we abandon our reasons for fighting
we will stop staring at the ground and we will reach for the stars. Where we see the supernatural as simply, natural. What Jesus explained we are capable of doing, we shall indeed finally be able to do it" - To be like Jesus is to sit at the right hand of God, We of course can and will never do anything worthy as that, but we can still change the world, with our minds as well as actions.
"The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence" Samual 22:3
Even if you are not christian, anyrace who embraces the power of "God" can understand what that means.
I enjoyed our conversations and the potential explosive knowledge and enlightenment we could pass down, and share.
As we know..
Destiny comes to those who listen and fate finds the rest. So learn what you can learn, do what you can do and never give up hope!
Sincerely,
Todd

Cool, eh?
I will start with ~INVADER-ZYLA1 who so ignorantly stated in his reply "The army has been saving our sorry asses for years. You, my friend, are a crock of shit."
He got his ass handed to him when I responded with "Please tell these iraq war vets [link] that they are a crock of shit, too. seeing as they share my opinion. lets not forget the viet nam vets such as my dad and many more who agree with me. not to mention the over 150,000 vets currently HOMELESS and our government refuses to help them out. please tell all of these people how full of shit they are too. i'd love to see you do that "
Of course, he got off the hook far easier than ~JWeeksUSARMY when he claimed "The Army isn't as much a crock of shit as you might think.
