Description: Due to the similarities to the procyonids and ursids, the red panda was caused into a continuous controversy, since its first discovery by F.Cuvier in 1825. Today, the evolutionary traits within genetics had told, that red pandas are now closely related to all musteloids, like skunks, raccoons, weasels, martens, badgers, etc., which also that this species is the only living species of Ailurus. They looked much like a raccoon, or a fox, but it is considered a panda, these cute and endangered critters are reddish in their fur(since it is why that red pandas got their names from), but the underside and limbs are blackish, and they had a long bushy ring tail. They're native to southwestern China, eastern Himalayas, and even smaller northern parts of the Indian subcontinents, including the forests full of bamboo and trees. They are too cute to be threatened by deforestations, hunting for their fur, etc., since the red panda is used to be the vulnerable species(since unknown, if since the early 2010's?), but today, since back in 2000's and now today, the red panda is the Endangered species. These cute creatures are so adorable, so we can see them in zoos, wildlife parks, movies(like Kung Fu Panda for example), TV series(like Avatar: The Legend of Korra, The Jungle Book, etc.), anime(The Jungle Book: Shounen Mowgli for example), toys, games(like the games of Kung Fu Panda, and Zoo Tycoon for example), and even internet videos. Even soft-drink advertisements can feature a red panda, named Futa.
