Another eight facts! I did a poll after the last eight facts, and Akiko won by a wide margin, so here she is.

Additional facts:

I have not yet decided how many siblings I want Akiko to have, so I didn't mention them here. Likewise, I haven't decided what I want her to be majoring in. She goes to UC Berkeley, along with Clarissa.

Those of you reading the Oracle Sword already know how Lucky got his name. He is of German Shepard and Belgian Malinois descent; although both breeds usually have partially black coats, he is all brown because that makes him easier to color.

Akiko's first ever appearance was in this comic:

because I needed an extra ninja character. I had no plans for her beyond that, but she proved really popular.

You can buy neighborhood t-shirts based on the Warrior's logo, as well as ones that just say "The City" but I have never seen one for Japantown. Japantown is really only the commercial district proper, if you live in the area you would live in the Western Addition or Lower Fillmore.

I wanted to give Akiko's pic a similar background to Miyuki, since it's the ninja background, after all. Unfortunately I lost the original psd file, so I had to reconstruct everything, which wasn't all too hard except for the ninja society's letterhead. I have no idea what font that was, so I just went with something else. Also, it appears I no longer have the handwritten font I used for the facts themselves, so I went with comic lettering, which is far and away easier to read.
