Download contains 4 Vistart skins.
These are skins for Vistart made by Leesoft. I think everybody knows how to use it.
Had to remove the exe file because Lesoft doesn't allow redisributing of their exes any more. You have to download it from Leesoft to use this skin. Downloadlink in the file.
No redistribution in Transformationpacks/Skinpacks allowed!
CAUTION
BE CAREFUL WHILE INSTALLING VISTART. NEVER, REALLY NEVER INSTALL BABYLON TOOLBAR. IT IS A TRASHY MALWARE WHICH POSSIBLY MESSES UP YOUR COMPUTER. GOOGLE FOR IT TO SEE WHAT I MEAN.

This screenshot really looks like that you are using Windows 8 mode in Windows 7. >/sup>
But I believe you. This is Windows XP SP3, not Windows 7. I can tell that because as I can see in the description you are using SBar.
How did you customize ViStart Skins anyway? I really want to know this kinda stuff! Thanks

About Vistart skinning:
It's not that hard. Install Vistart And you see a folder called resources.Here you can change the images to your likings.You can also change the size of the images if your skin needs it.There's also a XML file called layout in this folder. If you have changed any size of images, you have to edit it.You can also change the position of the buttons etc. in this XML file.
A second folder is called rollover. I think this is self explanatory.
There's also a second XML file called settings. Here you can translate it to your language. Also you can add or delete the shortcuts used by rollover.You are not forced to use the default shortcuts. You only need to enter the correct path to your new rollover.
Last possible step: Open the exe with a resource hacker. You can change some graphics here. The rest of the exe is protected and can't be changed.

As is see in the comments you have already made one.Do you face any problems? For easy making of icons i recommend IconSushi. Easy to handle and good results.

yeah, i made one. but it dont look like i want. it dont looks well when pining ur browser to the taskbar on win7. on xp looks well. maybe u can make this icon, but better. can u?

I think i know what's gone wrong. XP and 7 have different icon formats. I think you haven't saved it as compressed icon. 7 uses icon compression because they go up to 256x256 pix and the filesize would be to big without compression.Not compressed icons are mostly not proper displayed. I don't know if you can do this with GIMP. If not look for IconSushi. It's free.
