For any reason some Win7 systems have this prob. Try to paste a copy of the hook.dll to the main folder of Avedesk. Mostly this helps.

The issue is that I don't have this .dll file in the folder Avedesk

Open the folder SysStats to find the hook.dll
Copy and paste it to the main folder.

I recently had a debate with my girlfriend when she rolled back to windows XP and told me that it is the best windows version and that she will keep using it even if there is no security updates ,Windows xp is definitely not dead

Yeah, i know this. I try it in a VM since two weeks without probs. But i will wait a while to see if there are really no glitches, before i use it on my real XP.
Thanx for your nice comment. I'm not sure if XP is the best OS ever, but it is the most customisable. That's what i like. You can do with it whatever you want.
