I'm not using Windows 8, but a couple months ago I searched for Aero Glass for Windows 8, and I got some results. I'm sure that there was leastwise one program in beta stage. You could try searching too.

I think Windows Blue will become my next main OS. But i will keep XP anyways.
Atm i have the following OS installed on this PC:
NT 4.0 Workstation
XP SP3 in Mac look
XP MCE 2005 in Win8 look
Vista Ultimate
Windows 7
Windows 8 RTM
Windows Blue

There is no download link. This is made for private uses and it is not planned for a release because there is no more much interest for XP stuff.

What program are you using in order to get Start Screen?

I made it with Avedesk. Never uses more than 10mb RAM and no need for .NET frameworks.

There is no music because it is a trial version of the screen recorder.Only works with microphone, and i have none.
What do you mean with useful? It shows the news, the weather,the time,slideshows, plays music and video and launches every app you want.I think the original doesn't do much more.

You can add music using YouTube editor.

Honestly i don't know much about Youtube. I only use it for my deviations.
For music i use CD Art Display.It can use any mediaplayer you want.Simply select it in the options menu.
The videoplayer is a minimized version of Adobe's SWF player.
