About the MOCIt was Wretched--Stare 's birthday recently and he's a huge Dark Souls fan, so to show some appreciation I embarked on a journey to build my largest MOC I've made in a while, if not ever. I was going to build a really huge Mimic. But that journey was short lived when I realized I had significantly less brown than I thought I did.
So instead I opted for a cute Chibified Mimic . I call him Mr. Nibbles. He likes Bacon Cheeseburgers. 
I designed him in a way where the legs and the "Mimic bits" all come off easily. I would have liked for it all to fold up inside, but at this size that wasn't going to happen so I opted for "easily removable" instead. The teeth fold up inside the chest though.

Well lucky you. I'm quite capable of getting fat. That's what I got for Christmas.

Nope, if you can't find a solution within the confines of the rules then you're just not that creative. What I love about what I do is that there's all these systematic barriers and we have to find ways to wiggle around them to achieve what we want. When you can just do what ever you want it sucks all the challenge out.

I understand that not everybody can achieve everything, but if I'm broke, then I ty everything to make my Mocs look sound and solid.

I think it depends on the connection. There are things we do as MOCers that Lego considers illegal. But there are something I would consider "not within the realm of what lego parts do." Like sticking a ball socket in that one technic piece some people do where it bends the part. That'd be a no no in my book. So "illegal connections" is a gray area.

lol Not a bad policy. I tried to play at least three hours of the game. (Word) plot aside, the gameplay is a retched challenge and I decided that I had too much life to live instead of trying to be a game-pro.

Right? This is also generally why I don't play video games at all. I've got better things to do like MOCing. Where when I invest that same amount of time and effort, I actually have something, a physical achievement, not just being able to say "woohoo I did ___."
