It sounds good, but my first thought was that you've already taken plenty of photos and to be honest i think 8 is enough. Then again, if any MOC is going to be smothered with photos and videos it would be this one.

No I haven't. there's still so much of him you haven't seen. like his pneumatic lift system(that needs stabilizing) and umm you haven't got great shots of his back either. I'm basically gonna disregard those earlier pictures. I may just take them down. Haven't decided yet. The picture quality is poor anyways. I think what I'll do is I'll simply edit thee deviations and put new pictures in their place.

This pic really does stress the enormity of him. I'm really not sure how my Alien will match up, but in a fight, I know mine would at least be quite a nuisance. Ya know, using that shin technique may save me a whole lot of pain in collecting black toa and vahki hip pieces. Thanks for taking these pics!

yeah he's pretty big. I should do some perspective shot of these big guys with like a standard sized canister figure so you all can see just how massive these guys really are. being the one who built them or being able to pick them up I forget that you guys can only see what I have in pictures. In a fight I think that mototaur would just beat the snot out of the alien with his morning star. But yeah it would be an annoyance to mototaur. I've used your method as well. To be honest they're about the same structurally. The bi-lateral shin technique gives your more options though. The pics I took of Mototaur weren't for showing you the shin technique I just took those and will be submitting them to scraps and then noting those to you. The Mototaur pics were just to have more of him.

Haha, but I think my alien would climb up on mototaur's back and attack him from there. He's got some seriously nasty claws and teeth and I imagine that he would be a bit faster, and I'll bet he could rip up mototaur's back pretty well if he could latch on. I'm sure mototaur would then proceed to rip him off and smash him, but he would have more chance than a lot of sets. Some perspective shots would be pretty awesome. Haha, show mototaur holding a normal set above his head as if he were going to smash it. That would be awesome. And maybe some worm's eye views. I often torment Gelu for these reasons, because he is one of the few standard sets that are cool enough not to die immediately. (Speaking of which, Tahu stars was the worst 8 bucks I ever spent) I kinda feel sorry for Gelu. But then I see how awesome the poses look. Maybe I'll make a new whipping-boy eventually. Ya know, we should try and take pictures of our sets, with a particular piece for scale, so we can try and compare them as best as we can. That would be fun. I'd like to do that with Archie and Bob, (though I have stolen Bob's wings, and turned them red) and alien with some of your bigger sets.

Hmm well what you seem to forget my friend is that mototaur while very large is very agile and fast on those rollerblade feet. I mean just think how fast and quick inline skaters move and apply that to mototaur. People often associate big creatures as slow but in this case he's not. then there's still the fact that mototaur has a two foot "danger" range with his Bohrok flail, recking ball thingymajig. I think that if your alien got on moto's back he'd just fall backwards on him or drive real fast foward and do like a frontwards roll which I imagine the alien wouldn't like to much having moto's big self rolling over him. Moto would be quite heavy and would probably crush the alien. Plus mototaurs arms are flexible enough that he can reach parts of his back. He would rip the alien off and remove its anus though its mouth. XD would your alien hypothetically have the famous acid blood? That's the only problem I see mototaur having. Hmmm okay I'll get some perspective shots of him, ryakk and Mechus. For mototaur do you want me to do his shots after I work on his feet and maybe do some reworking that way you get the updated version? and I know the bionicle stares CRAP!! But I think they'll make up for it later in the hear with the new hero factory sets. Its essentially bionicle with out the messed up story line to tie them down. Another thing we could try with our perspective shots is we could include rulers or measuring tapes in the show so people could see how tall or big things actually are.

Yes, he may be fast with those rollerblade feet, but it seems that it would be hard for him to change direction quickly. I know that mototaur could roll over and crush him, but like I said, he could still do some nasty damage. Not quite lethal, but really nasty. Haha, yeah that acid blood may slow mototaur down a little in his attempt to remove his anus through his mouth. Haha, I can imagine him reaching down alien's mouth, just to lose his arm from being bled on. He probably does have acid blood. Yess! Mototaur update! Need to see. But, hero factory sets? What are those? I haven't really heard anything about that. Heh, I've stopped keeping myself up to date with the news a while ago. And yes. Rulers. Fantastic idea.

No not at all. I can change direction almost on a dime, well not a dime, but maybe a quarter. He would just kinda hop sideways push forward real fast and with hs rollerblade feet things being mororized he'd just speed off in the new direction. Or if he was moving in a strait line real fast and the alien lunged at him he could hop side but still be moving foward. Kinda like a super fast lane change kinda thing, but with a hop. Hmmm yeah the alien would prove a bit of a challenge for mototaur, as to how much is debatable. Like I said, the blood acid thing is the only thing I see giving moto a problem. Hero factory, its what's replacing bionicle. its basically bionicle set wise, but I think they're simplifying the story and theme aspect. here's what's comeing out after the bionicle stars crap. Okay, okay. So mototaur's feet are magical and give him all kinds of advantages. I think we'll have a better discussion about that after I actually finish alien. I mean, so far, you've only seen his unfinished hips, and his head. Not much to go on.

Wow, I'm actually pretty surprised. Just when I lost all hope. And I thought that the stupid ben 10 thing was all that was replacing bionicle. But this is actually pretty neat. Some very interesting recolors and something we haven't seen in a while... New pieces! Their names are quite dumb, but who cares.

well they're not magical, but think about it. when you've had wheels attached to your feet since birth its standst to reason that you'd be able to move with them in ways that appear magical and now that I know the size of the alien yeah I think moto would have a tougher time with him. I actually thought he was gonna be smaller. How tall is your alien? It was over a foot I know that. This new guy I'm working on measures in at a foot and a quarter or is it a foot and a third? Either way he's 16 inches. that's about titan size, maybe a little bigger. so yeah moto would have a handful with your alien, but still moto would beat the stank out of your skinny frail alien. its too bad neither of us have premium accounts, we could host a poll or something. We should find to equally built MOCs and have people vote on who would win i a fight. We've done archie against bob(you still need to give him a proper name) but I still feel that archi is better built therefore is stronger. go through my gallery and see if there's anything there that wouldn't totally cream any of your MOCs.

Yeah att first I thought that's what was replacing bionicle as well. I was furious. LOL this I can live with and actually welcome. I know recolors and new pieces YAY Well the names are kinda a throwback to the bionicle precursors. By wich I mean the throwbots and roboryders. THis has a lot of that feel that those older first attempts had. I don't care though either. they're lame but the kids need something to latch onto story wise. Dumb kids. I still think making Bionicle PG13 or R rated would be the coolest thing ever. Come on damnit I want to se bionicles that swear and kill and are violent. Do to bionicle what Michel bay did to transformers. Its an awesome idea, but lego would never allow something "adult" be associated to it.

Hehe, but he can stand well on four legs, so maybe he could be a large dog-like pet for Ryakk. Though he seems to give off a more cat-like vibe than dog-like. Nyah, he is not skinny. At least, not this time! Lol, that would be cool to host a poll. Ooh! Maybe we can use some other website to make the poll and then post it in a journal. Ah I See. Yeah wow that's not too much shorter than my guys. they're all 2 feet or like centimeters either over or under two feet. So you're close kid. Maybe the closest. That would be a big ass dog for Ryakk. Hmm Cat like well the original ones kinda had that cat like movement so I guess that stands to reason it would have a cat like vibe. Well hurry up and post this thing before my head explodes with anticipation. yeah we could do the poll on another site but the whole point would to be have Deviant art MOCers to do the poll. I suppose we could RAWR at them to go take the poll. We still have the problem that the only contender for my colossi is your alien which actually isn't really to scale. You'd have to rework it into a queen to like fit the "scale" of the bionicle characters. I suppise that if you removed the colossi from that scale and made that size the regular siz that would work. But then there's the smaller guys. I've got some MOCs to choose from you're the one who would have to build something that wouldn't get stomped on. I dunno the only true fair way to do this would to assign a theme and some guidlines and size restrictions and both of us go build completely new MOCs just for that, and then we have our MOCs voted on. Well I sais swearing and violence and stuff cause the transformers started swearing in the second one, plus I wouldn't mind it. Really the only thing I thing would be pointless that's considered "adult" would be sexual themes and shit like that. Bionicle sex would just be stupid. Well I integrate personalities into most of my MOCs and all my bad guys are like excessively violent. I'd love to do either an anime style movie, or do a CCG movie. I think the anime style would be cooler. What would be freakin fantastic would to get Stuart Saygar to do the art and animation maybe. I dunno, does he do animation? Anyways I could just see adapting his dark and slightly deformed style to a more edgier version of bionicle. His art just kinda seems to want that.

But I thought of two contenders that may be even enough. We could have a fight between my Jack and your Midori-kuuki, both on their hoverbikes. Maybe? Or maybe Shadow and O-Jin. Those two are both Japanese wariors...ish. We could make special ones though, like you said. Haha, yeah, cannon bionicle sex would be pretty dumb. Lol, in my story they do that though. But I took the rules of the original universe and raped them. That would be cool for him to do the animation.

Oh wait I got it. maybe we could have the poll held in the brotherhood of makuta. that might be a possibility. I just broused your MOCs and I have just seen the hover bike. I don't know who jack is. As for shadow, he's just a phantoka with a makuta head. Unless you've up dated him. What about your werewolf Fenrir? I mean we don't have to do good VS evil we could do any combination. And after thinking on it a little I think that a fight between Mechus/gravix and your alien might be cool, but that definitely has that scale issue I mentioned. I couldn't tell you this till I saw it, but like I said if your alien looks like the drone aliens from the movies and stuff all you'd have to do to make it a queen is rework the head and give it larger back spine spiky thingys. Okay I found a site and got an account. It's called SurveyMonkey.com. This is Jack. [link] I say him because that hoverbike belongs to him. Who would Fenrir fight against though? Yeah, well they have implied sex, because yes, in that world, that is how they make babies. I know that Greg says that they do not, or at least normal toa and matoran do not, but I heard that perhaps Skadi or folk on bara magna do. Well, the reason I raped the rules in the first place was the fact that when I was young, I didn't know anything about the storyline, and so I made stuff up. Then, when I actually paid attention to the storyline, I changed my story a bit. Anyway, a couple reasons this world is different. Well, there are people who are crossed with animals, the setting is different, though still on an island, (Is that universe just totally made out of islands?)as I said before, they have to have sex to get pregnant and make babies, oh, and I usually imagine them as being totally organic. I mean, I kept some things of the original universe, especially some of the names, but I changed a whole lot too. I still need to work out some problems, but eventually, I will start writing it. I might make comics of it too. I might photograph the sets for the comic sometimes, but I would like to do more of the drawing comics in order to show more emotion. Haha, but in these comics, they will look totally human but with some things reminiscent of the bionicle sets like this: [link] See if you can figure out what I used for the tail pieces. Hmm. I need to post pictures of his set btw. It's hard to pose him though, cause he's a merman.

That's fine what ever works. We'll both just tell people to go there and vote and we can post something over in the brotherhood group and get people to vote. Do you still have jack cause I think for the purpose of this contest or match we should get good photos of our stuff. I was gonna do new photos of midori and his skybike. As for fenrir I don't know, is he like just a rahi or like a part rahi person? If he's just a rahi then I'd have to say he'd have to fight the one rahi I have(which I still need to post) and then I know mine is bigger, how faster it is I dunno, its like a cat/bear thing, but its blue so its like a water catbearthing. It doesn't even look like a sea creature, but it is. If he's part human then I'd say he could fight really any of my regular guys. Crixus, O-jin, Ootei, maybe vhisorah would be the best option for a fight against fenrir. I think those two would be evenly matched. Though are we explaining what kind of powers they have in this poll or are we just posting the pics and maybe a basic description of them and letting the people choose.

and I see why you're story is so different. You're actually changing the characters themselves and making them more organic. Well With my characters they would fit into the same "rules" and stuff and would actually go more with the story that has been laid out, though this last year's story or maybe even 08's story I'd completely redo. Fuck that whole giant robot fighting on bara magna crap. I'm not even sure I want to acknowledge the fact baramagna is a whole nother planet. I figured it could be another part of the same planet they're on. That planet could be like really big, like it could be earth like, but way bigger. Not everything has to be small islands. I think there needs to be major continents to. I dunno. My characters just kinda fit into the story. The light and dark six are like the crack teams of the bionicle world. I was thinking remaku(not posted) could have actually killed makuta or something. I dunno I haven't put to much thought into it. I like your Merman thing. I see how your story would work now. For the tail on tiburon didn't you use those bat wing things like on mutran or the ones on the black Pahntoka guy?

Yup, that'll work. Of course I still have Jack! He's one of my favorites. I did update him a bit though. New pictures would be good. Maybe in a particular pose and background that would fit together. To create epicness! Fenrir is supposed to be of normal intelligence. I don't know if we should or not. Maybe a brief description, though I try not to endow my characters with a ridiculous amount of power, though Fenrir is supposed to be especially powerful, like a tier down from the great beings. Well, there is quite a distance I guess. Er, it's kinda hard to explain because he follows the rules of my universe. Idk. But yeah, he would be fine fighting against a regular guy.

Lol, yeah those giant robot whatever things were really dumb. When I first saw them, the first thing I thought of was Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots. Not good. And not anything like, oh my gosh it is Mata Nui and he looks amazing. It was more like, Omg Mata Nui! And he looks retarded! Bara Magna was really dumb. Haha, yup! You guessed it right! I figured that a hardcore mocer like you would get it.
