...So, yeah, this is a thing that I did.The idea for this meme has been floating around in my head for a couple months, but for a while I didn't really want to make it because of all the original art it would need to work. But the idea kept nagging at me, and eventually I gave in, took an in-game screenshot the next time there was a Splatfest, and edited it into this. I have to say,Β this came out looking REALLY realistic (especially since the art style of theΒ Splatfest announcements turned out to be a lot harder to copy than it looks).
Copyright stuff: The art on the smaller monitor is mine; everything else is taken from Splatoon 2.

Thank you! And, by the way, she's just reciting the Soviet national anthem. I felt like I had to have her say something, so there would be a punchline of sorts, and once I realized the Splatoon font supported Russian characters, it was a pretty obvious choice.
