A reference sheet for my OCs, Io (depicted on the left) and Crossarm (on the right). Both characters are from my TFP fanfiction, war and wings.

I'm not planning on adding any shading to this. It's just them and their base colors.

I haven't yet designed Crossarm's alt-mode. Suffice to say it'll be a flashy model befitting of his personality.

The silhouettes at the bottom show their comparative sizes. I also included Ratchet, since I have the darnedest time keeping Io the right size when I draw her with Ratchet (she's about half his size).

Mini Bio time
Io: Formerly a Decepticon wingman (4th tactical bombing division under Commander Dreadwing) and medic, she defected to the Autobots after Megatron destroyed Nova Cronum, her hometown. After her defection, she served as a research assistant in experimental medicine in Iacon. After a terrible mishap--whereby one of her experiments was sabotaged by a jealous colleague, she was transferred to the Iacon Clinic and Triage Facility for remedial shield duty under Ratchet's tutelage. Intelligent, focused, and stubborn to a fault, she feels she has a lot to prove to the world, and she's more than willing to do so, even at the cost of her own well-being.

Sergeant Crossarm: No one knows how Crossarm managed to rise to the rank of sergeant. It's also a mystery as to why anyone would want to have someone as narcissistic and arrogant as he heading up medical operations at the Iacon Clinic. Maybe nepotism had something to do with it...? Regardless, Crossarm is in it mostly for himself. A playboy at spark, he sees himself as nothing other than "Primus' gift to femmes" or "one tasty piece of energon." He rarely listens to his underlings, and spends more time trying to get out of doing work than actually doing anything useful...much to everyone's chagrin. Some 'Bots have gone so far as to think that he would make a fine Decepticon...
