Pieces, you'll need:

1xC (B inverted)
2xD (that's two yellow/green eyes and two black pupils)
1xE
1xF
1xG
1xH (G inverted)
1 or 2xI (Depending on how thick you want the back frills)
2xJ
2xK
2xL
2xM
2xN
2xO
2xP (4xP if you want your dragon to have both of his tailfins)

16xW (Those will become claws - take 20 if you want 5 for each hand/foot and a harder time assembling the feet)
