Excellent job with this. I think you explained things quite well! Useful and informative.
Just of note, printing inks at 300 dpi can sometimes be on the low res side of things. More particularly in high quality ink printing.

nyuu... i didn't know that~ :3 thank you for the info pyo~ I always thought 300 was quite high already... so... printing at 400 - 600 would be 'ideal' for printing? XD gah~ i can't imagine what working on a 600 dpi file would be like... hm. gotta go try it out XD whee~!

Yeah, though it depends on the printer's capability, basically. 300 to 600 can be really good for color prints (most print shops seem to have a 300 standard), and 1200 seems to be a sort of standard for comic book work. Screen tones or speedlines do -not- look pretty at 300.

Horrible cheaper version of Adobe photoshops but hasn't got pen tool, some effects and channels O_o
But yay got myself Photoshop 7 so I gave this a try out and it worked out so lovely so thankies ^^
