haha i am! all i have to do is to find a retailer~ you think a graphire 3 is good for a beginner? that's what they said though. haha and i do hope it all works out. after all, it's the summer. good time to practice and gain skillz. lol

a G3 should be okay. it's no cheaper or more expensive than a G2 so you might as well get it i think...

oh, but i am. coz i really don't have the will to sit in front of a computer for hours on end. it'll drive me nuts!! and it'll prolly ache my whole body for sitting in one postion for so long. haha no, i havent been sitting in a computer all through out my summer. have been doin lots of physical outgoin summer fun or chillin and watch movies. lol haven't watched those in ages!

odd as to why my older brother never told me about that. Yeah before dA all I did was scetch because well I never saw any reason to use photo shop.

Oh mi gosh, question! ::waves hand around:: Um, how did you get them on seprate layers? Did you scan them in seprately or did you crop them or...something I'm not guessing? (Note: if I sound rather high, please, blame it on the three snapple's I drank) Please explain in detail, I'm rather dense when it comes to digital.

i probably should have made it clearer.
everything was drawn straight into photoshop.
no scanning required.
i just sketched the 3 characters onto 3 different/seperate layers. please refer to the earlier part of the tutorial where i metioned that. thank you~

just a normal round, hard edged brush... there's an example there in the tutorial somewhere showing the brush size, opacity and flow.
