Description
In the pre-colonization age of Toria when the planet was still young, alien terraforming robots roamed the surface, working to make the planet habitable. The race to whom these robots belonged never claimed their planet, and left the robots to work until their fusion cells died.

This particular robot collects sediment from the planet's surface and extracts oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen from it, then pumps it into the atmosphere in a gaseous state. The most common robot, thousands of these would roam a continent at a time.

Specs:
Approx. 15ft (5m) tall
Top Speed: 30mph
Runs on a deuterium-lithium-core fusion cell with auxiliary solar cells (Thanks to ~Mechatherium for the suggestion)
Lifespan: Between two and three thousand years.
