I got a request to make a Beeldrill in my style. Made of walnut, maple and bloodwood. 12in. by 8in wide.Related content

I don't know about a 'Beeldrill' but last summer I was out in the open in France and a hornet the size of a helicopter landed on my arm !!! Seeing this piece sent a shiver up my spine as it looks very like the beastie that landed on me ! Β I really like the way you have made the insect seem to fly by using that very fine support . Those wings look like they could have caused some headaches too !Β Nice work .Β Β

The wings were the easiest to make, it was the spikes that stab me when it was time to sand it.Β
