Description
The Obbeeysian Lord class was designed by Quinn Fulton in 1922. This class of 2-8-0 tender engines was the last design made by Quinn, and the tender variant of the Lady class. These engines were the most powerful engines made by her. Just like the Lady class, these engines started out with boilers capable of reaching 265 psi, gaining boilers able of reaching higher pressures multiple times over the subsequent decades.
As was tradition, the prototype of this class was bought by the Obbeeysian Coal Mining Company, together with a faceless engine of this class.
