Description I found this method of coloring in linearts to be the best and easiest way to find the correct line color to match your character, or structure's, design colors, so hopefully it helps. This method can work with any art program that has layers and layer lock settings (each program's wording and setting location will vary)

PS: There's a second way to color linearts after you've colored the lines using the colors on your drawing, but my way takes out the extra step of having to go to Filter>Color Adjustments>Brightness and Contrast/Hue and Saturation and moving the sliders left or right

Can I ask?

I have been using SAI 2 for about 1 week and everytime I draw something on more layers and save it and then I open it again it merges to one layer.

Could you please help me?

It may depend on the file type you save it as. If you save it as .sai2 or .psd, it keeps everything as is. But if you pick png, jpg, bmp, and so on, it'll just be a single layer. If that isn't the case, then its likely a bug

I haven't had this issue in previous updates but I haven't installed the latest 9/17 or 9/20 update (www.systemax.jp/en/sai/devdept… ) so maybe that's causing it?
