Description
Zerg: A race of arthropods working under a a hive mind, the Zerg Swarm strive for genetic perfection by assimilating "worthy" races into their own, creating numerous strains of Zerg. The Swarm have no need for technology, choosing instead to assimilate other species' traits by directed mutation in order to match such technology. Multiplying faster then most any other race in existence, Zerg have crushed many armies under the power of sheer numbers alone.CIS: Perhaps the largest droid army ever assembled, the army of the CIS (which stands for Confederacy of Independent Systems) outnumbered the clone soldiers of the Republic 100 to 1. The CIS put fear in the hearts of countless citizens of the Republic, as few could stand before it for long before being mowed down by blaster fire. Hearts of steel, skin of iron, oil and electricity in their veins, the CIS march every onward.
Now, these two races are about to collide. Can the Zerg Rush overwhelm this mechanical army? Or will the droids do what organics could not, and exterminate the infestation? Zerglings, Battle Droids, Banelings, Mercenaries, all charging into battle, lead by their Queen and General. In the end, only one side can claim victory, but who will it be? Tell me viewer...

I know from experience that the zerg would win. I saw them overwhelm 12 fully upgraded battlecruiser's. And by watching star wars a lot I know for a fact that zerg would win.

Zerg takes this. They're only problem is that organic life bomb thingie, however, that's on the basis that they have a LOT of those, otherwise it's onesided.
Many people seem to underestimate the sheer size and diversity of the Zerg. Even if the bomb kills whatever they have on the ground, they still have to deal with the ones above and under it.

If this is standard units (aka games and not TV/movies and such) then Zerg woudl win, but if this includes all ground units then CIS wins cause of "Scorpenek annihilator droid" and "Defoliator"

You have the "Defoliator" which is pretty much a cannon shell that destroys organic life while leaving inorganic (droids) intact, so CiS could advance under that fire with no problem while Zerg would get destroyed and then the "Scorpenek annihilator droid",...from star wars wiki "A single annihilator could decimate a dozen AT-TEs and make them nothing more than smoking husks." and "In the later stages of the Clone Wars ,Republic forces launched an attack on Colla IV , where a single annihilator droid took out three of the four platoons of clone troopers that had been advancing on the shielded factory."
Pretty sure those 2 things along with large number of "conventional" droids would be a big problem for Zerg.

Those advantages are all well and good, but they aren't game-breakers unless we're assuming that the Zerg don't have air support. CIS would have to split its attention and Zerg flyers are more than maneuverable enough to hang with droid air support.

I doubt they would have to split its attention to such an extent they would ignore one or the other. And yeah they still have decent Air force (The CiS) and both could easily mass produce units to keep each-other in stalemate, until something unexpected happens,...or arrive, like that CIS seismic tank, or their super tanks

To be sure, they aren't going to ignore ground or air forces. They're just gonna have to keep an eye on both. Zerg flyers can hang with Terrans and Protoss flyers so the droids will really need to manage both fronts effectively.
There are so many variables in this fight that one could only get a headache trying to go over every angle, especially considering how competent the commanders tend to be despite their underlings' stupidity.
