Notes and Observation: with political tension rising across the globe, and a perceived increase in freqency of pre-emptive "interference" in the affairs of several countries, our client issued a private contract with us to develop a FUSEmon capable of dealing with these perceived threats before they involved loss of life. We believe that Laptodian fulfils the necessary requirements; capable of enduring the crushing pressures of the deep sea as well as the unforgiving vacuum of space, and achieving airspeeds greater than even a Rayquaza can reach. An unfortunate side-effect of the post-conception treatment led to abnormal development of the feet and arms, though since the subject flies 90% of the time this hasn't yet been deemed a problem. We hope that the subject will prove useful in our client's goals.
