Description
Loads of rapeseed flowers stretching off towards the horizon! I think I took this photo from a train when we were traveling through Germany a few years ago. Apparently rapeseed (part of the mustard family), is the third largest source of vegetable oil in the world. In North America, it's more commonly known canola.Related content

We have so many fields like this here in southern Sweden during the summer. It's our biggest source of vegetable oil.

I vaguely remember you telling me about those fields a few years back when you were describing how southern Sweden looked during different seasons! Good times! Is it only during the summer, or are there some during the fall as well?
