It was enjoyable! While this particular one isn't my favorite flavor since I'm not a big fan of the orange taste, I do like cannolis in other flavors as they are quite satisfying to eat!

Yep, it's chopped pistachio! And no worries, I think your English is just fine. You type far better than many native English speakers actually.

Yep! You'd be quite surprised at how poor some people's English can be here, even as adults who were born and raised in English-speaking families. Yours is more than passable and easy to understand, plus its especially impressive since it's not your native language. I took Spanish in school for several years, and it definitely is nowhere even remotely close to how fluent your English is.

It is quite interesting! The way this particular one was made, it's kinda awkward to try eating it. It's too big to fit in as one bite, but if you bite it in half, the shell just crumbles and all the cream inside gets smushed and pushed out, making it deceptively messy. That said, it does make for a great party dessert since it's easy to pass around and can come in a lot of flavors!

Oh wow, now this one looks very interesting! Did you like the taste?
I've never tried sheep's milk, only cow and goat, haha. It looks very decorative though!

For this particular one, I wasn't a big fan of the flavor (I do like cannolis in other flavors though), but I did like how the dessert looked! I wish I could tell you how the sheep's milk was, but the orange flavor in the cream was just so overpowering that was pretty much all I could taste, even on the pistachios haha! XD

Oh man, that's some powerful orange flavour if it overtakes everything like that. I actually think that's quite a shame when only one flavour becomes so dominant though.

I agree, especially when I don't think that was intended. They put work into preparing all the other parts of the dessert, but one part just kind of overtakes the rest. Oh well! I guess at least it's something to learn from when we cook ourselves!

Yeah, it's an important lesson to learn while cooking. I've made that mistake MANY times, hahaha! XD Once I made a curry salmon, but ended up with so much curry that taste completely dominated the dish and made it very bland.

It's a common problem for me haha! Especially when it comes to sauces, I get "greedy" and add too many spices and then all you taste is that one spice... like I once made spaghetti sauce from our homegrown tomatoes, but decided I wanted it medium spicy and added in cayenne pepper. I didn't realize that a little goes a pretty long way, so I dumped tablespoon after tablespoon after tablespoon...and eventually all you could taste (if you could call it that) was fiery fire sizzling your tongue! So much for tasting the homegrown love! XD
