Can I use sumo paint 2.0 for it? And for animating, can I use "windows movie maker"?

Ive never heard of sumo paint but mostly everything works as long as you can save it as a .jpeg

you dont have to join anything, just download it. type movies13 into google or whatever you use, and download the program

sure ^w^ by preview, that just means you need a normal 'still' image like a normal deviation - I just on on paint, and do word art 'Animation -download to view' its clear but hey - do what ever you feel like!
