A very quick tutorial and step by step. You can see how I'm using Paint Tool Sai.Different brushes and steps of creation of a picture. Since the sketch to the end :3

I've been curious about SAI for the longest time, but... I'm really not sure where I go to download this. I mean, I've seen the site with the Japanese version, but...
Is there an English version? Does it cost much for the English one? Or is there a free download that I'm not aware of?

It's a layer type in paint tool sai. You must have the most recent version though
