I don't envy people like her, that red-headed Stormtrooper, she seemed like one of the good ones, someone who joined the Imperial Military in order to do some genuine good, to protect and serve, we were lucky... There are plenty of psychopaths in Stormtrooper corps, and plenty more who would've followed their orders out of fear, even if it meant executing children, thankfully she was neither... Honestly that woman changed my naive perspective of Stormtroopers, until then I thought they were all evil, but in reality they were just soldiers, the faceless army of an evil Emperor. ~Quinn Shara's memoirs, early Rebellion years, recalling a close encounter with a certain red-headed Stormtrooper.-------
Surprise! Art!
Star Wars OC art, guest-starring rayn44 's OC Tora Ge'per, alongside my own Quinn and Orchid! 
Honestly I haven't been drawing much lately, health issues and such, I'm on medication, but it's always slow going, ups and downs and whatnot.
Aaaanyway, this is based in the very early days, pre-Battle of Yavin, and Quinn and Orchid find themselves exposed and separated from their group, they've mostly managed to stay ahead of their Imperial tails, one Stormtrooper in particular however proves too skilled to elude... With her Rebel targets cornered in an alley Tora is surprised to find that her pray are not only Force Sensitive, but in fact just kids...
Orchid: "DON'T HURT MY MOMMY!!"
Tora: "M-Mommy-?!"
Quinn: "...It's ...Complicated."
Indeed, quite the complicated situation everyone's found themselves in, huh! And quite the conundrum for Tora, one of the good Stormtroopers, who joined the Military in order to protect people, she knows that surrender is out of the question, with their Force-Sensitivity they'd either be executed, or worse, thrown to the Inquisitors...
Ahhh, it feels good to draw something again, and rayn44 SlingBlade87 and Vizu seemed to like this idea, plus it's always fun to draw these characters, so ta-dah! There are a few flaws I can see, and the background is simple, but anyhow, hope ya'll like it, sorry I've been so unproductive lately, will try to be more active as soon as possible, it's just a little hard right now, I appreciate all the support though! And as ever feedback is always appreciated. ;w;

Well, actually the only reason not to shoot is that when lightsabers are involved, blasters are as big a threat to you as they are to your target...

So since I really do fail at describing how awesome this is with the various emotions from all three of them I figured I would try and convey it in another fashion that I am far more able to execute.
“We've got runners!” Quinn heard one of the Imperials yell as she ducked around the corner with Orchid at her side.
“I'm on it!” a woman's voice answered. “Finish rounding the rest up!”
Quinn did her best to stifle the curse that lingered on the tip of her tongue. Just what she needed, some fanatic of a stormtrooper chasing her and Orchid through the streets while the rest of the cell scattered to who knew where!
“Come on Orchid!” she urged as she pulled her adoptive daughter along with her. “We can't stay here!”
Orchid looked up at her, red eyes wide with fear as they hurried. Quinn had only had her blue skinned daughter for a few short weeks now but already she couldn't stand to see her adoptive daughter looking so very afraid. No kid should be so terrified. Damn Imperials.
Looking up she skidded to a stop in front of a wall. She'd run them right into a dead end! This was not good.
“Stop in the name of the Empire!”
Quinn whirled, pushing Orchid behind her forcefully as she drew and ignited her lightsaber and holding its emerald blade with her other hand held at the ready to blast the Imperial with Force energy. She found the stormtrooper aiming her carbine at the pair of them, a look of surprise writ on her features which were surprisingly visible without a helmet to hide her red hair and green eyes from view.
“A Jedi?” she gawked. “But you're just a kid!”
Quinn said nothing but whatever she might have said Orchid threw her arms around Quinn's waist and shouted desperately.
“DON'T HURT MY MOMMY!”
The trooper blinked in surprise, her bewilderment apparently growing as Quinn tensed.
“M—mommy?”
Quinn licked her lips, her voice strained as she tried to think of a way to guarantee that she could disarm the trooper without getting herself or Orchid shot.
“It's complicated.” she grunted as her green eyes met the trooper's.
“Lieutenant! Have you got them?”
The trooper cursed, lowering her weapon as she looked behind her towards the voices. Quinn could have taken that moment to jump her and even cut her down but something stopped her from moving as the Imperial swore again and looked back at them.
“I'll stall them, you get out of here.”
Quinn stopped in surprise, he mind freezing for a moment.
“Wh—what?” she asked dumbly.
“GO!” the trooper said. “I can't stop them if they find you, get out of here!”
“LT! You there!”
The trooper looked at Quinn for a moment more, her face twisting with disgust and anguish before she turned and left the alley.
Quinn stood there in stupified amazement for a moment as she tried to process what had just happened. The troopers voice shattered the momentary lapse in function as she barked orders out to what were apparently her men.
“Spread out, find them! They ducked down the alley here and I lost them! Search the area!”
“Come on,” Quinn said as she disengaged her saber and clipped it onto her belt. “Get on my back.”
“O—okay.” Orchid said as Quinn knelt and let her clamber onto her back.
Quinn took out her grapnel and with a quick wind up she hurled it up the sheer wall towards the roof. It caught on something and after a moment to test it she reached down on her belt and activated the winch, beginning a walking ascent of the wall. She looked over her shoulder as Orchid clung to her, there was no sign of the trooper that had let them escape. She supposed that was for the best...but she couldn't help but feel both grateful and sorry for the stormtrooper. The look on her face when she'd realized she was chasing two kids...she'd been shocked, more so by their age than by Quinn's lightsaber. It was equally disturbing for Quinn. It was one thing to kill a faceless Imperial hiding behind a helmet. Quite another to see the very real face beneath that helmet.
