Alright, the one a few have been waiting for. The patterns for the male are less complicated than the female patterns. Go figure
. There is also quite a bit more explanation than before.There is a section of major differences between male and female parts (other than the obvious) that cause distinction between genders.
I hope this tutorial helps.
So...any other Anatomy tutorial suggestions that might be helpful?
Update: Wow...a DD after....6 years of posting work! Awesome! It couldn't have happened to a better piece of work. I hope it enriches the skills of any and all who use them.

I know this is super old and everything but I recently found it and must say I truly appreciate it! I've always struggled a bit drawing the male figure, there were never many male models in any of my figure drawing classes, so something clean and easy like this is a great ref! I feel I've already gotten a better handle on drawing men^^

Wow this is really helpful! Especially the Light Bulb tip! Lol, the two faces making a but made me laugh SO hard! Next time I'm walking down a hallway and they're some guy in front of me, I'm going to start imagining talking butt cheeks XD

That "lightbulb shaped" bit REALLY helped. It's much more descriptive than the "inverted triangle" people always use to describe the torso. THANK YOU. I can now (sort of) draw manly men.

This has honestly helped me tons. I'm in art school, and have always had trouble with anatomy, especially the male body. Having grown up on anime and manga since I was little, getting things accurate have always been a hassle for me. This has helped me by leaps and bounds. Thanks so much!!

Male anatomy is my weakest point next to hands... I can't seem to make heads or tails of it! Though the first picture threw me off at first ("what?! no wording!?!" ) looking throught the rest made it make alot more sense XDD;;
Your tutorial actually touches on subjects I haven't seen yet... or at least makes some processes easier. The lightbulb as the shape for the body clicks much better than the last blocks I was doing!
