I love the blueish overtone of the sky, and the marvelous purple and orange shading of the skin. Although it doesn't look like the most realistic thing ever - it certainly is one of the most beautiful things ever.
I actually like the grayscale piece better, as it lets you focus less on the color and more on the IMAGE. Lets you think about the concept and beauty more.
This piece of artwork (and the non-colored version too) are simply exquisite!

I'd LOVE some more photos, because that would help me do the kind of accurate likeness I could get drawing from life, moving around and seeing various aspects of your features, but I don't want it to be a nuisance for you... >_>

When I think of Gabrielle, I think of somebody seeing a whole lot of the world in one glimpse-- it'd be nice to see a couple of profile shots with you just staring out at the world in a natural and relaxed way-- but you never know! If you have a photograph of yourself that you're partial to, there's almost always a good reason for that, and it might just be the perfect one for me to work from; if not, then just some variety would be great-- the truth of it is, if it's a shot that you like, I betcha I'm gonna like it, too!
