Can't remember, I had turned up this screencap of 18 when I was searching for a look to draw. It's her outfit with the pearl necklace, obviously. Doing a bit of research, it's probably somewhere between Episode 141 when she steals the cowboy outfit and Episode 158 when she's absorbed by Cell.
She's absorbed while wearing this outfit, but I can't pinpoint when she goes from the cowboy outfit to this one.
I don't think it's from History of Trunks or later in the series after she marries Krillin, but I could be wrong.

Yeah. I was thinking the same thing but i couldn't remember the scene ..i guess it's when cell destroys the islands..anyways ..looks like i-ll have to watch the episodes again ^__^

Knowing a bit about Android 18, this peaceful look gives her a deadly aura.

For constuctive criticism purposes, the only things i would touch up on would be her left eye being a bit awkwardin its size/shade/positioning and her right ear only because it seems to be a little fat and rounded towards the bottom compared to the other ear. Other than that this drawing is excellent! I absolutely love your shading style/technique used here!

Yeah, done a long time ago. I usually just did these to kill time while sitting in class my freshman year of college.

It's not perfect by any means, but it's simple and elegant. When I wanted to draw a picture of 18, this one caught my eye for those reasons.

Thanks. I really like how it turned out, even though now when I look at it a lot of the lines look pretty shaky and the shading is uneven. However, I'm sure it was better than whater lecture I was supposed to be paying attention in.

Awful impatient aren't we? Geez. . .
This drawing actually didn't take very long at all. The portraits are much easier to do that some of the other DBZ stuff I have that is more full body since there is less detail and less shading.
And you can tell I was going kind of quickly because all of the pearls are lopsided on the necklace if you look closely.
But overall I like the way it turned out and it's been my most popular DBZ drawing by far. A lot of Android 18 fans as well as just less art of her than other major characters I guess.
