First and foremost, the very sexy Rydia lineart was drawn by and can be found here ---> [link]

Was smitten with this Rydia picture and just had to color it. Let's just say she's very. . . green. I was going off the official artwork from the FFIV for DS, and it has plenty of different greens, which does help to differentiate between different layers of clothing and her hair.

I think I did a better job of shading and deciding where shadows would go on this one. I'm particularly pleased with the way all of the clothing came out and Rydia's chest too.

I just threw in a clouds background and a light source (I went with top right as opposed to my usual top left), and then added some fog. I figured since it's Rydia, I had to let the mist play in somehow, and it helped since the lineart cuts out at the bottom anyway and it doesn't make the crop I did at the bottom feel so harsh.

I think I did a nice job. Comments appreciated. Took me about three hours.
