I don't know about the whole Yuffie/Vincent pairing thing, but I've got some strange affinity for Yuffie. I don't know why, but something about her mega-hyper retarded personality really connects with me. But I really liked this sketch so I went with it.

Let's start with the background. I went with the light/dark theme here since, well, Yuffie is all sunshine and Vincent is all darkness. I also hit Yuffie with the dodge tool to lighten her up, and Vincent with the burn tool to darken him.

The coloring was meh - I think I did an all around better job on Vincent than I did on Yuffie. Something about the lines of her sweater-shirt thingy made it more difficult to shade properly.

Took me about, eh, three hours. Enjoy.
