Cloud Strife and Zack Fair from Final Fantasy: Crisis Core.

I'm going to go out and say, I think I kicked ass on this pic. I attribute that in part to the great drawing that had plenty of definition and some shading on it. It really helped me to decide where to place shadows and such. I went with double light source - on Cloud, bottom left, and on Zack, top right. I think my shading is continuing to get better as I pay more attention to light source.

I think I pretty much dominated cloud and really knocked out that pauldron. Zack was a bit more bland - his hair and clothes are so dark that it's not very fun to color. I did a fine job on his pauldron too.

The biggest problem was the eyes. The original drawing was blank and I didn't know how to make eyes. So I tried my best to make eyes that wouldn't suck so bad they wrecked the pick. Cloud's turned out OK, Zack has the cat-eye thing going like Sephiroth, but I know he actually doesn't. But I didn't want to toy with it too much and this was fine by me.

Took me 3.5 hours-ish. Any comments would be appreciated.
