the old smoke and mirrors.... minus the smoke
a large mirror, lots of time on the editing, and created a deformation map to create the ripples caused by the feet. let me know if you have any questions

I havn't watched that movie for so long, I'm not sure what you're talking about! I actually kind of like the pose... I had another one of me face down that looks like I'm flying, but I didn't like it as much...
