Whoa -- long exposure, I take it? That gives me all sorts of ideas...hmm.
An inspiring shot with beautiful drama.

Long time no see mate
You're getting better and better.. I really like this one.
Did you cut 2 pictures together or was it a single shot? I'm wondering because these plants growing along the church seem to be holding still while the sky looks pretty windy..
Great picture!

haha, thanks dude.
no, it's a single shot. I used an ir filter which tends to make exposures a lot longer. This was taken as the sun was setting on the other side of this building and the clouds were moving at a steady pace. It was set at F.29, that coupled with the filter made the exposure about 25-30 seconds, so it had time to track the clouds and give that sense of motion. The wind was actually pretty strong, I had to press my crappy tripod down to keep it from shaking, but I'm glad it didn't cause the vines to look too blurry!
thanks for the comment, keep it up with yours as well

Great shot! I love the composition and the sense of motion from the clouds, while the b/w ties it all in nicely.

Absolutely brilliant! I think that the photograph completely conveys the title. If I may...
For me, the building represents the body, with the materialism that holds us back being expressed by the dead foliage overtaking it. The rushing by of the clouds represents uncertainty in our spirituality, our future, and our goals.
I like this piece very much. Thank you for sharing it.

You're interpretation is a precious thing... that's why I believe in art.
I only title my pieces as a possible spark that could spawn a new idea or thought, or help someone look at it a different way.
Thank you
