This is a pretty interesting way to show off and demonstrative how your doing a pretty good point-of-view action shots. :3

Well on that part of what Led type you used, you might want to try telling how it might be a "B4" in a more internationally accepted in all countries what type of dark shades it is.

It doesn't matter what I use. Artist will want to use what's comfortable for them That's what makes diversity so great

Okay.

Well their are the ever so fun art students who feels more comfortable with what is in the book, like me(Who is to use to doing what I am told rather than being freed to do what I want).

idk if you are referring to a specific type of copy paper .
but i find general copy/printing paper too smooth or slick ..
it works but its like you said flimsy and prone to creases and so on..

that is nice of you to put up a tutorial on how you draw the hulk. Though how can I like put a tutorial on Deviant art and what format?

You'd have to get a film review by DA, so you'd need to check out their HELP menu and type FILM for more info on submitting. They make the final call on that.

Select the help area within DA to get more information about FILM, just type that up in their search field. You should get all you need from them.

on what says, no.
i disagree, just do your vids how ever you want them, i prefer someone talking to actually explain things, you don't get that much on videos.
I learn more from watching and listening, I like things explained, the way you explain things to me are plain and simple.

you're women are always sexy. XD
love your style.

toodles.

Excellent video! not even close view of everyone, but I have seen. Especially in the female figure. Thank you very much! and I hope to get to draw as to whether either of you. For that to practice, practice, practice! and I hope to keep going up more videos.

P.S Certainly much longer battle with eyes that I think can give some advice?

i think it's all preference, i can't use the hard stuff b/c it gets too rough, and the details don't come through as well with the pencils... but that's just me. i prefer to use basic copy paper.

I like that you do these Steve. Good to give people some advice, and I really gotta give you props for stressing the fact we all have to find tools and process that work for us as individuals.

...and SancheZ, my man
DUDE, you gotta start using better paper man, bristol all the way, you can't be using that shit, niggah pleez

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

StevenSanchez In reply to WadeFurlong [2008-11-06 11:37:03 +0000 UTC]

Heh, the copy paper I use is mainly for sketching around before I go to my boards, problem was I started getting a bit into it and it suddenly became a piece, lol. That's why I stressed it's not good to use that paper

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 0

NexusDX [2008-11-06 08:18:23 +0000 UTC]

With the paper, have you used 11" x 17" index stock? It's not as flimsy as copy paper. I find it to be better/stronger than simple copy paper, but not as good as cardstock when it comes to working with wet mediums (as little as I use it).

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

StevenSanchez In reply to NexusDX [2008-11-06 11:50:13 +0000 UTC]

I normally use Bristol stock, I had just gotten caught up doing this piece that I went all out. I normally use copy paper for sketching warm ups and practicing layout etc..

I kind of like your wordiness... first off I think your hysterical... second off while I think your style is your style, I learn more from these videos about it then looking at your finished pieces.

I really appreciate this whole series you have done, and as testing goes, the no stabilization is a BIG improvement.

please keep sharing, and thank you!

Why Thank You! I love doing these small clips and sharing the wealth as they say. No need for secrets when all should know these tips and tricks from all artists. Just wish more artists would do things like this. 'Cause I love'em too
