EDIT: I just added the music version to DeviantArt ^^ Hit "S" on your keyboard to play it, then "X" to turn it off.
Use the LEFT and RIGHT keys on your keyboard to flip through the pages, and then use the UP key to return to the table of Contents.
IF THE KEYS DON'T WORK then just click on the image first and THEN use the keys.
Some of you might wonder why I didn't just do the Sora picture in the coloring tutorial... well... I wouldn't be able to do the whole perspective talk that everyone keeps asking me about XD Happy reading, I hope it's not too confusing.
I had some help with this one, so... I'd like to thank my boyfriend just cause, then some of my friends on my FFXI Linkshell and my Coworkers for helping me proofread and dealing with my frustrations @_@

Say yay to myself finally find a tutorial thats just that, a tutorial. then i look at ur comic for fun *O* mind blown. Your drawing skills are unmatched!
Do your tutorials literally cover everything on how to do that? I mean, dear god, those backgrounds are absolutely incredible!!!!!!!!!!! And even the characters are vastly more detailed than conventional comics.
Also could i buy that comic? Thats how muchΒ i love you right now(granted its been only 3min xD)

I don't really cover things step by step like other tutorials do... instead of teaching technique, I try to focus on teaching everyone how to use their tools! Β Cause learning how to use them and learning the fundamentals is just as important as learning how to draw the more time consuming things

I just got Sai and I had no clue what to do. It doesn't help that because I use a linux system my tablet can't do pressure sensitivity with the pen. But that little pressure tool is neat!

i didn't understand the thing about vectors...and i read that part of the tutorial over and over again...help?

Oh... basically Vectors is just a different type of art file.Β If you're not going to work with it, you don't have to focus on it too much
But basically...
Have you ever made an image bigger than it should be before?Β It always gets gross and fuzzy, right?Β If not, try it yourself.Β Take a picture, then change the size of the image and make it larger to see what happens.Β
That's what a bitmap is.Β It's just a bunch of pixels on the screen.Β Vectors on the other hand... no matter how large you make them, will always look crisp and clear.Β

wow i learn quite alot from this i also use both flash and sai well sai i dont use as often as it confuses me and i didnt know where to draw vectors so i just do all my work in flash but i now have a rough idea on how to do it and picked up afew other bits in the process.
my only question it do i absolutly need a tablet?
the reason why im asking is because i have lost my tablet pen and have to be forced to use mouse.
