Giftarts for *Quaylak ! I commissioned some stuff from her earlier in the year and the originals got lost in the post. D: So she had to print them out and send them all over again and I felt awful about that, so I drew her character for her. I'll be sending the original to you, Quaylak! ^^Quaylak ©

LOL! She's actually more like a cheetah-snow leopard hybrid of sorts, which is why her tail is so fluffy and she's less rangy than a proper cheetah. Very awesome character ;3 Thanks, glad you like!

She's sort of a cheetah-snow leopard hybrid, which is why she's so fluffy and all. Real cheetahs are much more rangy and angular than that. ;3

I used these coloured pencils that my parents got me when they went to the UK. I've been told they're pretty much the same as Prismacolors, though, which I use too. :3

No, they're Prismacolors. -> [link] xD I had Derwents for a while but I disliked them. They were the studio pencils, though, not the proper coloured ones, so I probably didn't get the best of that.

I LOVE prismas, I have some watercolours I got from the states. <3 They're much better than derwents, but my mom didn't want me to buy a huge set of the prismas and find that I didn't like them. I wish art friend stocked them, unless they actually do and I don't know about it. XD
The studio ones are supposed to be quite good... but I use coloursofts so I wouldn't know. XD

I love how you drew her anatomy; she's all short, big-pawed, and stubby-looking and very "cheetahmonster"-ish. lol Seems like you really paid attention to my spastic anatomy notes/thoughts on her ref. XD! I love the coloring and her cute little pose and everything. Thanks so much for this, and no problem with the resend! I told you I felt awful about the bitsies being lost, so I had to make it up somehow. Couldn't just leave you hangin'. ;3

REally awesome work, I like the way you blended in the colors and the bits of green in the fur. The anatomy is nice and the glow adds an interesting touch ^^

Aww....I had ordered some books in the mail one time and they got lost too. I've seen where some folks offer buyer's insurance, probably cause of cases like this.
