Description
doodles of my soulsilver starter, Torch, named after my original Silver starter, except this one's a girl. :3 was a pleasant surprise, I wasn't even aiming to get a female. I have to kind of draw myself a little animooish when I'm drawing myself with my pokées, it just seems right!gah when I doodle nowadays nothing but pokémon comes out. e_e; more to come, I still want to draw some key players from my team.

I drew these quite a few years ago and was trying to get a handle on Typh (mine is a female actually!) and was never really that happy with them so I can agree with you there. Here's one I drew more recently. [link] regardless, it's still my interpretation of that design

I've been seein all this pokemon jizz around DA & I'm tryin out da games now (never did it while I was youngerr) & I picked cyndaquill starter too :} his name is Aiden he jus evolved to a quilava lol like just noww!! I also got a ratata or how ever u spell em, a sentret & a geodude

Thank you and I hope you're enjoying the game, Gold/Silver was my favourite generation of games and IMHO they've taken what they had and made it even better in the remakes.

I have other couple drawings of Torch in Cyndaquil and Quilava forms, I just haven't drawn her as such in a while. I drew [link] after she evolved the first time.
I imagine Typhlosion hugs are like hugging a fuzzy huge hot water bottle. I want an actual one, I would never be cold again. I would sleep between Torch and my future-Charizard O_O

No direct references, though I was just sketching around trying to get a good feel for Typhlosion anatomy - I had bears and anteaters somewhat in mind for body type.
