So choosing a side that isn't yours equals bias? Listen I've said it before but I think Penders is an ok writer but the lawsuits.........you know I don't feel like going down this road again because it is a subject that refuses to die. The point is just because I'm defending Flynn (if you prefer calling it that) doesn't mean it is one extreme to another. That's exactly what I'm talking about with black and white don't just assume I'm for one not the other.

I think everyone should take the blame namely Sega for example for not doing anything like stepping in and at least trying to make an agreement between the two parties. Archie by default would take the blame because they are losing sales and readers because of the hard reboot caused by the lawsuit and Penders should have tried and make a better agreement instead of what he tried to do by making outlandish demands and trying to steal other creator's characters. There's a lot more that went on beyond the surface of what most people already knew which made me go over and see each party and finding out that everyone involved should have been ashamed of themselves for screwing each other over and the fans.
