Ummmm... can someone first off let me know how to put a preview image on this?
I don't see any options for it unless I'm submitting a non image v_vAnyways some have requested a complete lineart tutorial. I think I covered just about everything. I probably don't have the best technique but ummm I try
I know there's probably a gazzillion tuts out there like this but what's one more, eh?Oh, and let me know if you still need clarification on some things

Haha, it's Photoshop CS2. But you can do this in any other photoshop program besides Elements (Adobe is idiotic and didn't include the pen tool there. I'd trade all my filters for a pen tool). I think a couple other programs though act the same way if they have a stroking option but I'm not sure.

Pen tool looks like sh*t for me, however I follow any turorial it still looks the same ^^'

It looks worse then worse >_< I tried 100 times still is the same, and I wanted some clean lineart.. guess me and the mouse has to keep being friends..

I think it has to be a GIF image in order for you to submit a preview (or a flash file)

It is such hard work x.x Well, I do have a tablet and that helps...however, I found after a while that using the pen tool all the time was really holding me back from, well, leaning how to draw a straight line 
So, practice by practice I just draw it out, and while it still comes out messier than I'd like now...I know it will get better with time because it has been.

wow, i never understood how to use that damn tool, this really helps! and it's way better than my method - brush tool, manually draw over everything!

I'm glad it does! I had the hardest time learning myself but it's worth it. I don't know how you do the brush method. I just don't have a steady enough hand I guess. I suck at it xD It's sooooo messy! Pen tool is good for people like me who are messy sketchers I guess.

hah, well that's just me, i don't sketch. i do the actual lineart from the start with a pencil, and use a brush to lineart. i don't have a steady hand at all, which is why my linearts suck so much. the pen tool takes longer, and can be fickle sometimes, but it looks so much better, thanks again for the tut!

Believe me - I hated it too xD But it takes some practice and getting used to. It's one of those more... advanced photoshop tools. Goodness knows I don't probably even use it the best way. I'm not too good at curves
