Zoma looks to his son, exhausted from the fight they just had. Breathing heavily, he glares at Alex with a disgusted look.

Zoma: I ordered you to protect our family… And you… BETRAYED US ALL!!! And for that, you are a traitor to our family, a defier of the island’s will, and a threat to us all-

Kamala: *Eyes widening and jaw dropping, knowing what is coming next* ZOMA, DON’T YOU DARE!!!!

Zoma: -I hereby BANISH you from the Herd!

A collective gasp echoes through the den, followed by crying from the cubs.

Alex's heart begins to break as he slowly steps back, away from the den, looking at the animals he once called family, before he finally turns and runs away from the Herd Grounds.

Kamala: *sniffling as a tear falls from her eye* Zoma…

Zoma: YOU WILL STAY OUT OF THIS, KAMALA! MY WORD IS FINAL!

Kamala: *angry and disgusted* ...HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY DO THIS TO YOUR OWN SON?!

Zoma: *Twitching his eyes* I HAVE NO SON!!!!

Furiously storming away from her husband, and looking outside the den, Kamala sees Alex running across the jungle. As she watches her son run away, she takes in a deep breath and exhales before a sad look falls down upon her face, and she takes off running after him. It was time to tell Alex the truth.
