Description Another realistic Pokemon drawing, and this time it's Scyther! One of my favorite bug Pokemon! I've always loved how he resembled a praying mantis, so that's the look I went for in this piece.

Very nicely done! It did always remind me too of mantises, I doubt not that the origins of it's designs were based on a mantis.

very nicely done here i like how peopel are attenpting to make something cartoony more realistic and this one is no different i like how you have drawn this guy out and i can agree with the otehr artists here i especially like the effect the wing have on this they looks really nice

I did that on purpose cause the winds blowing and to kind seem as if the camera is focused on the Scyther and out of focus on the grass.
