*** This is technically a re-posting of this illustration. I plan to do so with all of my Potter art work building up (hopefully) to having some new stuff to share there after. So if you feel like you've seen this before - you probably have. On the upside, I'm sharing it at a larger resolution and without the DeviantArt watermark on it now ***

The "exciting" part illustrating this chapter was it provided one of the opportunities to do a side character that doesn't often get seen - which is one of the primary reasons I do the vignette drawings - to show off some of those moments or characters that would otherwise get passed over if all I did was one painting for each book. ANYWAY - I was excited to do a drawing of Poppy Pomfrey. It's one of the reasons the illustration featuring her is pretty much a profile picture. The other stuff was fun too - I'm particularly happy with the first vignette where Hermione is getting Lockhart to sign the permission form.
