I have a question... :3 If you have sent a note, and the day after, you don't have any answer nor daily deviation aproved, that means that it wasn't choosed?

Not at all. There will be some times when your note won't be opened in a few days, weeks even. Take in consideration that some GMs receive literally hundreds of notes, and not everyone reply to them. But please don't feel down about this

Si depende mucho, hay ciertos moderadores que reciben mas sugerencias que otros, en mi caso generalmente tengo de 15 dias hasta un mes de sugerencias en lista de espera

Good way to get a DD: Make a tutorial on how to suggest DDs, make a devination involving the user symbols, or anything similar. The reason I say that is this isn't the first DD suggesting tut to make it to the Dailies itself. It's a great one, nontheless.
