Oleg Isakov is a wrestler from Russia, having lived on his own for some time, sending most of his money back home to his family. He is approached one day to participate in the Desire Grand Prix, and wishes to return to his family, to live happily at their house as long as they wish.

Equipped with the Desire Driver and the Crocodile ID Core, Oleg transforms into Kamen Rider Kodai. With his natural athleticism enhanced, Kodai is a grappler who uses sudden direction changes to toss his opponents around. His ID Core gives him naturally tougher skin.
