Jakoby is a staff member of the DGP, and has been added to the game by management to fill the ranks and counter the rise of Swerve and Prima's popularity. Subordinate to Mook, he pretends that he has joined the DGP to wish to make everyone in his village forget his failures. He is the muscle of the trio, an exert in intimidation and finding his opponents weakness.

Equipped with the Desire Driver and the Cobra ID Core, Jakoby transforms into Kamen Rider Rocko. He uses fear to rattle his opponents, but has the power to back it up. Her ID Core gives him the strength to crush by grappling.
